" (1) At the same time, there are three worms (three corpses) in the human body, and they live on this grain gas. With its existence, people have evil desires and cannot become immortals. Therefore, if you want to clear the dirty gas in the intestine and get rid of the three corpse worms, you must break the valley. Therefore, Taoism imitates the immortal behavior described in "Zhuangzi Xiaoyao Tour", hoping to achieve the goal of becoming immortal. Begging for grain originated in the pre-Qin period, and it was about the same time as qi-moving. The collection of etiquette works before Qin and Han Dynasties, The Core Monument of Yi Ming, said: "Carnivores are brave, food eaters are clever, gas eaters die as gods, and non-eaters die as gods." ② It is the earliest theoretical basis of Bigu. There are similar records in Huainanzi Dizhi. There are also examples in The World. For example, in the Spring and Autumn Period, there was a lone leopard in the State of Lu, who lived in the mountains and drank streams. "I don't wear silk and hemp, I don't eat whole grains, and I still wear the color of a boy." He is the earliest practitioner of breaking the valley recorded in Historical Records. In 1973, among the silk books unearthed from Mawangdui Han Tomb in Changsha, there is an article "Going to the Valley to Eat Qi", which is the earliest extant work before the Han Dynasty. There is a cloud: "Those who go to the valley eat pyrrosia. ..... first, light feet, strong body. Then you can cook (blow) and see the benefits. " It means that when you first arrive in the valley, you often have top-heavy hunger, which must be overcome by "blowing". Here, the combination of Bi Gu and Hodge, like the deliberate combination of Hodge and Dao in Zhuangzi, seems to indicate the initial existence of these three technologies in the pre-Qin period, that is, their simultaneous appearance. After Taoism was founded, it inherited this way of keeping in good health. According to historical records, there are always many Taoist priests in the past dynasties who practiced Pigu in order to achieve the goal of immortality. The magical body-building exercises that avoid the valley can be roughly divided into four main movements: dynamic movement, static movement, walking movement and lying posture movement. In addition, there are several auxiliary exercises, which are introduced separately now. 1. dynamic work: dynamic work is divided into four parts: active work and comprehensive auxiliary work. This method can be practiced during breaking the grain or at ordinary times, either of which can be practiced alone or out of sequence. The training time can be long or short, and the posture can be standing or sitting. Natural breathing is usually used when practicing this method. If deep abdominal breathing or reverse abdominal breathing occurs naturally in practice, it can be used naturally without forced correction. (1) posture and movements: feet shoulder width apart, upright, nose pointing to navel, head straight, toes slightly bent, knees slightly bent, hands naturally drooping. If the action is too big, you can use your mind to control it slightly, so that it can return to micro-motion or immobility. (2) The breathing mode of this work: natural breathing or abdominal breathing. If you breathe naturally in other ways at work (such as anti-abdominal breathing), you can let nature take its course. Take a deep breath, even, thin and long, and try to be natural. (3) When practicing, with breathing, the acupoints and sweat pores of the whole body are all opened. When inhaling, the natural clear air and subtle air of your mind enter your whole body, and when exhaling, all the turbid air and pathogenic air in your whole body are discharged to the distant horizon. Carefully experience the subtle airflow movement of acupoints and sweat pores of the whole body when exchanging energy inward and outward with breathing, as well as the sense of height, expansion and warmth of your body. (4) Practice time: In the process of continuous exercise, it takes about five minutes for each exercise. If you practice this action alone, you can practice it for more than 30 minutes. (5) The principle of meritorious service in this section: Relaxation and naturalness are the basic principles of acrobatics. Relaxation leads to relaxation, and the disease of "general principle is painless" will go away, which is extremely quiet and vivid. The body gently moves inward and outward, naturally dredging the meridians. Coupled with the use of special ideas, it dispels its own turbidity and evil spirits, and absorbs a lot of essence of heaven and earth. "I'm too hungry to eat" naturally makes it easy for practitioners to open another nutrition channel and enter a broken valley state. At the same time, some people spontaneously take a deep breath and massage their internal organs effectively, so that the blood flow of practitioners is smooth. Practicing this method can also induce the function of self-perception and control the function of self-energy field. The skills in this section can also be sitting or horizontal. Section 2: The Buddha's light is downright (1) posture and movements: standing or sitting. When standing, the requirements are the same as above, then gently raise your hands to your chest and close your fingerprints. The handprint should be neither too high nor too low, but roughly equal in the middle of the pocket. (2) Breathing mode in this section: natural breathing. (3) The idea of this section: The idea of yellow, white, purple [or black], cyan and red light falls from the sky and penetrates the whole body (Baihui) from the top. At the same time, yellow light illuminates the spleen and stomach, white light illuminates the lung and large intestine, purple light illuminates the kidney and bladder, cyan light illuminates the liver and gallbladder, and red light illuminates the heart and small intestine. With the irradiation of light, my whole body becomes warmer and warmer, and my body gradually becomes transparent. Continue to strengthen the light of thought, as if seeing your internal organs, bones and muscles, blood vessels and nerves and all the organizational structures of the whole body. If there is something wrong with a certain organ or part of the body, you can give it more light and experience the flu in that part at the same time. (4) Practice time: about five minutes. (V) Merits and Virtues This section: "The system of God's destiny is also ... people who cultivate truth, practice yin and yang, and count tricks are full of obedience to God, and are committed to holding one, taking God as a car, taking Qi as a horse, and the spirit is in harmony." Shen Guang's five colors can regulate the functions of five internal organs, make qi and blood run smoothly, clear yang, increase turbid yin and decrease turbid yin. When reciting "Mi", you should carefully experience the vibration of the kidney area. When reciting "bang", feel the vibration of your throat and whole body. When practicing, you can experience it while memorizing it, or you can experience it directly with the sound waves on the conduction band without memorizing it yourself. You can also recite a secret spell alone. For example, when there is something wrong with the liver and gallbladder, such as cholecystitis or intrahepatic bile duct stones and gallstones, you can meditate the word "horse" alone and experience qigong reactions such as vibration and warmth in the liver and gallbladder area. Of course, you must also use your thoughts correctly. So are others. (2) Breathing mode: adopt natural breathing. (3) Application of ideas: The idea of practicing this martial arts is to illuminate the five internal organs with five-color light, and the specific application is as follows: 1. When reciting the word "Om", you should feel the vibration of your spleen and stomach, and at the same time see that your spleen and stomach are gradually filled with yellow light, which is strengthened with the vibration. At the same time, the turbid gas in your spleen and stomach is shaken away by powerful sound waves and taken away by the yellow optical drive. At this time, the whole spleen and stomach area is full of warmth and comfort. When the spleen and stomach function is poor or there is a disease, recite the word "hum" more and experience more. 2. When you read the word "horse", you should feel the vibration of your liver and gallbladder, and at the same time, you should see that your liver and gallbladder area is gradually filled with cyan light, which will be strengthened with the vibration. At the same time, the turbid gas in the liver and gallbladder area was shaken by powerful sound waves and driven away by the cyan optical drive. At this time, the whole hepatobiliary area will feel very comfortable and warm. 3. When reciting the word "you", you should watch your heart beat strongly and rhythmically while experiencing it, and at the same time, the red light group will drive away the turbid gas in the heart area. Both the heart and the small intestine are exterior and interior. You can also look at the small intestine at the same time when doing this exercise. 4. When reciting the word "beep", you should realize that your lungs and large intestine are illuminated by silvery white light, and your lungs and large intestine are filled with silvery white light, which drives away the polluted air in your lungs and large intestine. 5. The five colors of light represent the subtle qi of the five parties respectively, and the use of ideas makes it supplement the energy of viscera and achieve the purpose of exorcising evil spirits and strengthening the body. (3) The application of ideas: ideas are in a hundred flowers garden, surrounded by flowers all over the body, and the fragrance of flowers hits the face and penetrates into the heart and spleen. When opening and closing, the six-party qi and cosmic energy keep pouring into the body. Feel the emptiness of the head when opening and closing the upper abdomen, the comfort and emptiness of the chest when opening and closing the middle abdomen, and the fullness and warmth of the abdomen and the feeling of the lower abdomen when opening and closing the lower abdomen. (4) Practice time: it is also five minutes, and you can practice more than 30 kinds of splitting skills. (5) The principle of this section: It is the special idea and concrete action of using the natural energy of the universe to supplement one's own biological field. Opening and closing hands can store the energy of the universe in the abdomen, and at the same time, the action also exercises the function of releasing internal gas and collecting external gas. Finally, work collection, which is composed of several small work collection methods, is very important for practitioners. The whole posture returns to the natural standing posture, and the mind returns to Xiadantian with all qi and blood, hands on the lower abdomen, and an idea is added to collect work. After receiving the job, the whole body will be relaxed and strong, and the brain will be very awake. Call it a day: 1, rub hands 2, dry face 3, dry comb hair 4, rub ears 5, beat drums 6, knock teeth 7, pat head 8, pat the whole body and call it a day. Note: It is very important to make this work.
