Sanlifan Hot Spring is 90 kilometers away from Wuhan, located in Sanlifan Town, Luotian County. It is a must-see place to go to Baodao Peak and Tiantangzhai Scenic Area. Luotian county is rich in geothermal resources. According to the provincial hydrogeology team, there are five hot springs: Fengshupu, Tanghe, Chengguan, Zhongjie River (Xujiachong) and Sanlifan. Sanlifan and Zhongjiehe Hot Springs belong to high-temperature underground hot water, and the former has been preliminarily utilized.

Sanlifan Town, Luotian County is rich in geothermal resources. After surface exploration by Hubei Hydrogeological Brigade/KOOC-0/979 and drilling by/KOOC-0/983-/KOOC-0/985, a total of 20/KOOC-0/2/KOOC-0 wells were drilled, including 7 high-temperature wells and 2 high-quality mineral springs. Sanlifan hot spring is dominated by hot water with high temperature, which has gained a good reputation in history.
