This is like the muscles in a certain part of the human body, which will become bigger and thicker after regular exercise, and will become slender and weak after long-term inactivity. This is also a true meaning of obedient people and rebellious people. By the end of refining gas, the essence has been completely unable to rush to the sun, and the man's yang will be minimized.
3. The influence of Ma Yinzang on men's sexual life. There is no doubt that the atrophy of external yang will definitely have an impact on men's sexual life. Therefore, as soon as the yogi finds that the yang is gradually shrinking, he should immediately stop the wind and fire training. After a period of time, the essence will rush down the Yang Pass, and the external Yang will recover soon. Young people who have learned the truth from their teachers' biographies all go to the mountains to practice meditation before they get married and have children. When the meridians are first opened, the secret method of wind and fire is practiced skillfully, and the horse yin is now hidden, you can go home, marry and have children, and get rid of the secular. Although people who marry Tanji live the same life as ordinary people, because the meridians have begun to open, some essence can be transported naturally, so as long as they don't indulge themselves, their bodies will be well maintained, unlike ordinary people who run out of lead and mercury at the age of 60, and it is difficult to make great achievements. For married people, if they want to experience horse shadow hiding, they must abstain from sex for a long time. Ma Yin Tibetan Elephant is a kind of evidence. The premise of practicing inaction is to have a peaceful mind. Cultivating the mind and nature is fundamental and runs through inaction. Inaction is not easy to understand at first, so you can refer to the cheap method taught by Master Qing-being in a daze. This kind of daze is not a blind look, but a state of mind. When you are in a daze, your mind naturally returns to the most relaxed and stable state. In this state, you don't even have to deliberately. Put people into a state similar to meditation. Going further from a temporary daze, I realize that "business as usual" can keep this state all the time, and then really enter the realm of inaction. Does inaction mean inaction? If you think so, you are all wet. Ordinary people encounter problems and their emotions fluctuate, so it is difficult to calm down. Doing nothing means letting God know how to do things, keeping Yuan Shen quiet, doing nothing naturally, doing things when there is something, and having no distractions. In the state of doing nothing, my feeling is that there seems to be a ego in the big ego observing the outside world. There is a vast world outside, and there is a strange self inside, quietism. Unswervingly, what I see in front of me is clouds and smoke, but it is vivid in my mind. If someone finds it difficult to understand this, you can also regard this state as a very relaxed, transparent and free body and mind. ...
