But what I want to say is that these adults don't like them except some children. To be honest, some older people have to cook an apple and banana. Why? The spleen and stomach can't stand it. When eating, my stomach is cold and my stomach hurts, and then I feel uncomfortable all over. These are typical symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.
Can these problems be cured by eating Lycium barbarum? As a person who has studied Chinese medicine for more than 20 years, I want to tell you that soaking Lycium barbarum and jujube in a thermos cup has little effect on treating chills and yang deficiency, and even the effect of invigorating qi and nourishing blood is very poor.
I don't know how the south views TCM health preservation. In Heilongjiang, most people think that Chinese medicine has no effect. Why? Because the vast majority of Heilongjiang people's problems are spleen and kidney yang deficiency, stomach cold and fear of cold, most of Chinese medicine has been treating this problem for decades, but few of them have been cured. Why? Because the older people get, the less yang they have, and it is not easy to take any medicine. This is an indisputable fact.
If you insist on using Lycium barbarum as a formula to strengthen yang and replenish qi and blood by the way, then I will provide the most commonly used method in our local area, that is, when you are deficient in yang and qi and blood, put Lycium barbarum, jujube, longan, astragalus, angelica, mulberry, chrysanthemum and crystal sugar into a health pot, and if you are not afraid of acid, you can also add dark plum and cook it into tea.
This method is very effective in our local area, especially when the weather is particularly cold and a person is particularly unfrozen. As long as you drink this health tea for three days in a row, the symptoms of stomach cold and fear of cold will be obviously improved.
The four cornerstones of health are: nutrition, exercise, sleep and mentality, all of which are indispensable. It is obviously impossible to change your sub-health state like Lycium barbarum.
Of course, Lycium barbarum is not without its merits. It is also called longevity fruit. It is rich in various trace elements, among which vitamin A and carotene are the most. If you drink Lycium barbarum water regularly, you can still supplement some vitamins.
