(1) The contractor shall keep the asphalt base course and surface course with prime coat, adhesive coat or seal coat in good condition. When there is oil flooding or the supervision engineer has instructions, the adsorbed asphalt materials should be replenished and removed in the specified amount.
(2) If the prime asphalt is completely absorbed by dust or soil, so that the covered surface layer cannot be bonded with the prime asphalt, the supervision engineer may require that the prime asphalt be sprayed again before paving the asphalt road.
(3) During the maintenance period, under normal circumstances, the pavement that has been sprayed with prime asphalt shall not be open to traffic. If it is necessary to open the traffic before the asphalt material is fully infiltrated, in order to prevent the wheels from sticking to asphalt, the adsorption material should be removed according to the instructions of the supervision engineer to cover the asphalt that is not fully adsorbed.
(4) Except for transporting asphalt, no vehicle shall pass on the completed adhesive layer.
