1, Maoshan Scenic Area
Maoshan Mountain is a famous Taoist mountain in China, with beautiful scenery of "Jiu Feng, Nineteen Springs, Twenty-six Caves and Twenty-eight Tanks" and "Three Palaces, Five Views and Seventy-two Maoan". The forest coverage rate of the scenic spot is 9 1.6%, and the content of negative oxygen ions reaches 28,000 per cubic centimeter, making it a veritable "Jiuzhaigou in southern Jiangsu". Maoshan Taoist culture, as the ancestral home of Shangqing school, contains extremely rich health-preserving thoughts. The traditional health-preserving ideas in Maoshan Taoism's "health-preserving cultivation method" and "health-preserving qi-invigorating method", as well as the techniques of inner alchemy, guidance, dietotherapy and medicated diet, all provide rich resources for modern health-preserving. In recent years, Maoshan Scenic Area has made great efforts to build a green Maoshan Mountain, with 50 kilometers of ecological lanes, 10 kilometers of green trails, 28 kilometers of health avenue and two health and leisure theme squares, integrating health culture, Chinese medicine culture and tea culture into Xikequan and Huayang Cave.

Baohua Mountain has a long history. The "Dingshadi Site" at the foot of the mountain is nearly 7000 years old. A large number of stone tools, bones, pottery and other objects have been unearthed. It is an "early cultural relic in Ningzhen area".
