Edible value of Dendrobium
Dendrobium tea
Formula: Dendrobium 15g, Ophiopogon japonicus 10g and green tea 5g.
Methods: Dendrobium, Ophiopogon japonicus and green tea were put into a teacup and boiled with water.
Efficacy: nourishing yin and clearing heat, promoting salivation and relieving sore throat.
Usage: daily 1 dose, drink frequently instead of tea.
Dendrobium corn silk tea
Formula: Dendrobium 10g, Rhizoma Phragmitis 15g and Stigma Maydis 20g.
Methods: Apply medicine, daily 1 dose, decoct in water and drink tea instead.
Efficacy: nourishing yin, clearing away heat and inducing diuresis.
Usage: Do not drink in time or frequency.
Dendrobium nobile broth
Formula: 250g lean meat, 0/2g white peony root/kloc-,0/2g Dendrobium/kloc-and 4 red dates.
Methods: Cut the lean pork into pieces, and wash Radix Paeoniae Alba, Dendrobium nobile and Fructus Jujubae (core removed). Put all the ingredients together in a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil over high fire, simmer for 1~2 hours, and season.
Efficacy: benefiting stomach, nourishing yin and relieving pain.
