Starting point: Liangjia Healthy Songjiang Old Town Branch

1. Start south from the starting point, drive for 30 meters, and turn left into Zhongshan Middle Road.

2. Drive along Zhongshan Middle Road 1 10 meters. After crossing Shen Yue Square on the right for about 70 meters, turn left and enter Renmin North Road.

3. Drive along Renmin North Road 1. 1 km, after passing Luming Literature Village on the right for about 90 meters, turn right and enter Lerong Middle Road.

4. Drive along Lerong Middle Road for 370 meters, and then turn left.

5. Drive 200 meters to Shanghai downtown, turn right slightly and get on the ramp.

6. Drive 390 meters along the ramp and go straight into the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway.

7. Drive along Shanghai-Kunming Expressway 19.7km, cross Xinzhuang overpass, turn right slightly and enter Humin Elevated Road.

8. Drive along Humin Elevated Road for 6.8km, cross No.1 Bridge of Humin Road, head for Inner Ring Elevated Road/Yan 'an West Road Interchange/nanpu bridge, and turn right slightly on the ramp.

9. Drive along the ramp for 830m, cross the Caoxi North Road overpass in the inner ring about150m, and go straight into the inner ring viaduct.

10. Drive along the inner ring viaduct for 2.7 kilometers, pass the COFCO Building on the left for about 1.3 kilometers, then turn right slightly in the direction of the North-South viaduct/Lupu Bridge/Pudong Airport and enter the Luban Road overpass in the inner ring.

1 1. Go along the Luban Road overpass in the inner ring road for 2 10 meters. After passing the right Shenlong Building for about 520 meters, go straight into the North-South Elevated Road.

12. Drive along the north-south elevated road for 5.9 kilometers, pass Hecheng Building on the right, turn slightly right in the direction of Inner Ring Elevated Road/Yan 'an West Road Interchange/Yangpu Bridge/Hutai Road, and enter Inner Ring Interchange and Xinlu Interchange.

13. Drive along the inner ring * * * and Xinlu overpass for 260m, cross the inner ring * * * and Xinlu overpass for about 400m, and then go straight into the inner ring viaduct.

14. Drive 8.0km along the inner ring viaduct, cross Yangshupugang Bridge, exit at Zhoujiazui Road, turn right slightly and get on the ramp.

15. Drive along the ramp for 380m and go straight into Huangxing Road.

16. Drive along Huangxing Road 170 meters and turn left into Zhoujiazui Road.

17. Drive along Zhoujiazui Road 1.6km, turn left into Neijiang Road after passing about 160m on the left.

18. Drive along Neijiang Road for 520 meters and reach the finish line.
