Turn your ankle-relax your body and mind and improve the blood supply to your brain.

Xiexi point is on the ankle. "Flow" means flow, and the flow in the human body is blood flow. "Xiexi" is to transport the blood from the leg to the foot and open a passage.

Xiexi point is where shoelaces are usually tied, that is, where ankles and instep meet. First you press here with your thumb, then you lift your toes, and a hard rib immediately bounces your hand off. The nest next to the stiff tendon is Xiexi point.

Why do I only feel it on my right foot? Think about your right side. It seems that the symptoms are obvious. The right shoulder is cold, the right rib is sore, and the right knee is sore. There is a small piece of kidney calculi on the right side of this year's physical examination. Hmm! The discomfort on the right side of the body means that the meridians on the right side of the body are not smooth enough-so the acid in the right ankle should mean that after this period of exercise, the meridians on the right side are gradually smooth!

Thinking of this, my heart is full of infinite motivation, and I continue to work hard to turn my ankle.

Every few turns, the extremely sour feeling will come back, but after a little relief, I still force myself to keep turning. I want to see what it will be like to keep turning like this.

The acid in the ankle joint gradually spreads to the sole of the foot, or moves. As the acid part moves down, my feeling becomes clearer and clearer. I seem to feel the gallbladder meridian outside the ankle, the liver meridian and kidney meridian inside the ankle, the stomach meridian and spleen meridian in front of the ankle, and the acupoints on the bladder meridian behind. I can imagine that they are burning at the moment, and all the qi and blood are struggling to boil and impact, so that every meridian is unimpeded.

When the feeling of acid spreads to Yongquan point on the sole of the foot, it becomes more intense. Yongquan point is the well point of kidney meridian and the source of qi and blood. The purpose of practicing the golden rooster's independence, falling feet and kneeling posture is to lead qi and blood to the feet, which is called "drawing blood back to the source" and "kidney is the innate foundation". The benefits of drawing blood back to the source are to awaken people's innate foundation, prevent diseases and delay aging.

Some people rub the soles of their feet with their palms every day to stimulate Yongquan point and make the heart and kidney intersect; But some people press Yongquan point with their hands, but they don't feel any pain. Instead, press a pit, indicating that qi and blood are blocked in a certain part of the body and can't reach Yongquan point at all. They need to use the method of "golden rooster independence" to draw blood down.

But at the moment, I have never felt the impact of Qi and blood at Yongquan Point so clearly. Perhaps I have always admired the psychological function of Yongquan point, and the feeling of severe acid rise has become so wonderful. Health is a feeling of happiness.

I even doubt that I am dreaming. Is this feeling true? Turn around and look at my son sitting in the quilt. Dad is telling him a story. Oh! It should be true! I really want to tell them my good feelings, but I can't stop, I will stick to it!

Stop and turn. I don't know how many times my ankle has turned. It should be 1000 times. The feeling of acid continued to spread to my toes, but it was not so strong. Gradually, I fell asleep unconsciously ... after more than ten days, I didn't feel this way, which made me even wonder if it was true. Is this an illusion?

But soon, the strange sour feeling on the right foot appeared again, and it appeared after turning 100. I continue to turn according to the last experience.
