According to legend, Xingyiquan was created by Yue Fei, a famous anti-gold hero in Song Dynasty. In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, he went to Hebei in Yongji, Shanxi Province to learn from a stranger. He was awarded the "Yue Wumu Boxing Manual" and studied and practiced day and night, which was really great. In middle age, he lived in seclusion in Shaolin Temple 10 because he participated in the anti-Qing Dynasty and regained his sight, and taught in Henan and Anhui Cao. After hundreds of years and more than ten generations, Hebei has formed a huge system since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Xingyiquan, popular in modern times, was improved and created by Li Luoneng, Shenzhou, Hebei Province, absorbing the contents of Dai's mental boxing, and was named after it.
Xingyiquan, as well as Tai Ji Chuan and Bagua Palm, belongs to three family boxing types. There must be a significant difference between playing straight and playing straight, which is different from the crossing of gossip and Tai Chi. Xingyiquan's short and direct attack is most suitable for war. It has no fancy tricks and the fastest power. When the two armies are at war, it is not easy to turn around, so they have to go straight and fight, such as the Yellow River bursting its banks.
On May 23rd, 201/year, Xingyiquan was approved by the State Council and included in the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
Mixed element pile is an ancient Han boxing, which originated from Quan Yi (Dacheng Boxing), a traditional martial arts school of Han nationality. The way to build a foundation for it is based on relaxation and nature. I sincerely hope that learners will be "normal and not curious" and train carefully. Standing pile is an integral movement in which form, meaning, qi and force are interrelated, mutually restricted and adjust the balance of yin and yang. Form (posture) and meaning (the activity of stacking ideas) are the basis of this method. They interact with each other and cannot be neglected. Their training takes form as the body, meaning as the use and quietness as the harmony.
