2. A scientific and reasonable diet. Eat more vegetables, fruits and proper animal protein and fat to supplement physical exertion. Never go on a diet.
3. Take sun protection measures. Outdoor activities should avoid direct sunlight on the head and direct absorption of radiant heat by the skin. Wear a hat and loose clothes.
4. Drink water reasonably. Drink 3 liters to 6 liters per day, preferably containing 0.3%-0.5% sodium chloride. Avoid drinking plenty of water before and after meals and before and after strenuous exercise.
