What are the movements of thin fingers?
Hold the fingers of one hand with the thumb and forefinger of the other hand and massage from the base of the finger to the fingertip.

Rub and stretch your knuckles with your hands.

The palm is facing up, and the thumb of the other finger pushes the palm from the palm root to the finger direction until the fingertip.

Hold your right thumb in your left hand and turn it, then straighten it hard. Every finger should do this. Change hands and repeat the same action.

As shown in the figure, the fingers of both hands are exchanged in turn for finger movement.
