Balanced diet, reasonable diet
Balanced diet refers to a dietary pattern in which three nutrients provide energy according to the proportion of human physiological needs.

The dietary guidelines for China residents recommend the energy supply ratio of the three nutrients for normal adults:

Carbohydrate (rice, flour, beans and potatoes) 50-60%;

Protein (eggs, milk, meat, poultry, fish and shrimp, soybeans)10 ~15%;

Fat (animal oil, vegetable oil, nut seeds) 25-30%.

Reasonable diet refers to the dietary pattern of adjusting the proportion of three nutrients on the basis of balanced diet and according to the actual situation of individuals.

For example, obese people will reduce the proportion of carbohydrates (40-55%) and increase the proportion in protein (15-20%).

For thin people, increase the proportion of carbohydrates (55 ~ 65%).

In short, in addition to vitamins, inorganic salts, dietary fiber and water, there are three nutrients that are essential for people to eat three meals a day, but in different proportions.

Food is not the best for the body, only suitable.
