Henan stem cell bank, established on 20 12, is a formal institution for the collection, preparation, testing and cryopreservation of stem cells in Henan Province approved by the Health Department of Henan Province (approval number: Yu [20 10]No. 180). The second phase project of Henan stem cell bank was recognized as 20/kloc-0 by the Henan provincial government.

Approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province, Henan Stem Cell Bank established Henan Regenerative Medicine Engineering Industrialization Base (Yufa to Gaoxin 2006-2007) 201215). On the basis of preserving stem cell resources, an advanced and perfect research platform was established, and the research results were applied to human diseases, medical care and other fields.

The Interim Measures for the Management of Human Genetic Resources was approved by the Human Genetic Resources Management Office jointly led by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the former State Health Planning Commission.
