Ma Tishuang's method:
Material: 4 horseshoes, 10g horseshoe powder.
Accessories: appropriate amount of rock sugar and water.
Steps:
1. Treat horseshoes first, wash and peel them, and then chop them.
2, the health pot (pot can be) filled with water, add horseshoe pieces and a little rock sugar to cook.
3. Pour horseshoe powder into a small bowl, add a little water and stir with chopsticks. When the horseshoe water in the health pot is full of crystal sugar and the water is boiling, immediately pour the horseshoe powder into the water.
4. Finally, stir well and turn off the fire immediately. Because horseshoes can be eaten raw and hot, they don't need to be cooked for too long, just boiled.
