Put a little cooking oil, garlic paste and washed lettuce into a cold pot in turn, then pour the cooking oil on it, cover the pot, reduce the fire to a low heat, and when steam comes out of the pot, open the pot and add salt to taste. It's so simple, it can be done in one step.
Stir-fried lettuce, because it basically retains water, tastes crisp and delicious, with bright green color, only slight vegetable juice without soup, and the damage of vitamin C is minimal. The only materials needed are fresh vegetables, salt and oil.
