Ingredients: Spinach | Auricularia | Pleurotus ostreatus
Exercise:
1. Boil Pleurotus ostreatus, Auricularia auricula and spinach in water and take them out;
2. Adjust a sauce: add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of aged vinegar, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and 3 tablespoons of boiling water and mix well;
3. Pour in the sauce and mix well to serve!
Tips:
Boil Pleurotus ostreatus and Auricularia for a few minutes.
Spinach is recommended to be boiled and scalded, and then it is the best.
