Li Zhenhua, male, former president of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is an expert enjoying special allowance from the State Council. He has been a doctor for more than 60 years and a teacher for more than 50 years. He is a famous TCM doctor and TCM educator in China. He was a representative of the Seventh National People's Congress and the executive director of the Chinese Medicine Association. He was recognized as the first batch of famous experts of traditional Chinese medicine by the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Health and the Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1990, and was selected as the first master of traditional Chinese medicine by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health in 2009.
