Harm of braised pot

Although the braised pot is very easy to use, it also has some shortcomings. The disadvantages of the braised pot are:

(1) If the food in the stew pot is kept for a long time, it is easy to breed bacteria and indirectly affect the gastrointestinal function of consumers, so it is not recommended to keep the food in the stew pot for a long time;

(2) The braised pot can't completely cook the food, and the highest temperature can only be about 65 degrees, so consumers with high food temperature will be dissatisfied with the quality of the food made by the braised pot;

(3) Although the braised pot can simply cook food, the food made by the braised pot tastes bad, and it is easy to deteriorate the ingredients and lose the vitamins of the ingredients themselves.

Braised pot recipe

Braised pot can be used to make all kinds of food. Common braised pot recipes are:

(1) Rice porridge: firstly, clean the rice and boil it, and preheat the stew pot with boiling water, then pour the water and rice into the stew pot for one hour. If it is for children, you can add milk appropriately;

(2) Tomato noodles: Wash tomatoes and onions and dice them for later use. Stir-fry onion foam and meat in another pot, then add tomatoes and seasonings, and then cook noodles. After all the ingredients are cooked, put all the ingredients into the braised pot at one time, so that the tomato noodles made are easier to digest;

(3) Yogurt: properly heat the milk and preheat the stew pot at the same time, then pour the milk and probiotic powder into the stew pot, and finally cover and stew for 6-8 hours. However, it should be noted that milk should not be overheated, otherwise it will easily fail.

Usage of braised pot

The braised pot is very convenient to use. You need to put the ingredients, water and seasoning together in the stew pot. At the same time, pay attention to the amount when adding seasonings and water, because less water evaporates when cooking in a braised pot. After the addition, cover the stew pot and heat it on the stove.

Simply put, the braised pot is equal to a big "insulation barrel", but compared with the previous insulation equipment, the braised pot has added better heat insulation technology, which greatly improves the heat insulation and sealing performance of the braised pot.
