Introduction of tea drinking culture
Drinking tea is a lot of fun.

In China, tea has been planted, made and consumed for thousands of years. Tasting tea is an elegant enjoyment. Have tea in a picturesque lakeside teahouse, a teahouse on the street, or an antique teahouse. Drinking tea has the effects of cooling, quenching thirst, clearing away heat and detoxifying. There is also a look, and there is a lot of joy in it.

Over the years, tea drinkers have loved tea ceremony. They call light tea "green" and strong tea "wool", and they are very particular about the color, fragrance, taste and shape of tea. I bought a handful of new tea, put it in a transparent glass and brewed it with boiling water. I saw that the tea leaves were flying up and down, and the hair was racing and slowly spreading, so I made a cup of green water and called a pot of spring scenery. There is also a tasting method, where a person sits alone in the study or under the window facing the sun, with a cup of hot tea in front of him, a favorite book in his hand, reading for a while and thinking about things for a while; Or just watch the tea slowly stretch in the water, sip it gently, and leave it in your mouth to feel bitter or light, with or without fragrance.

Teahouses are everywhere now, and tea tasting has become fashionable. Tea will not grow old because of fashion, but fashion makes drinking, watching and tasting tea more popular. At this time, if a tea taster is present, he will shake his head and comment: this tea is straight and slightly flat, moist and green, fragrant and mellow, and the soup is clear and blue. This is a good tea! This is the real tea viewing. When a tea drinker sips fragrant tea, he feels mellow and refreshing, and his fatigue and irritability are diluted to the fullest, and he can't extricate himself for a long time.

Gu Jiaguo and China Tea Culture

During the period of slave society in China's history, it reached the third recorded dynasty-Zhou Dynasty (about 65438 BC+0066 BC-256 BC) after more than 1000 years of Xia and Shang Dynasties. When Zhou Wuwang was in power, many reforms were carried out, which made the society develop a big step forward. Especially after the implementation of the "enfeoffment system", the land and its people were enfeoffed to 7 1 vassal state. Zhou Wang enfeoffed the land to the vassals, and the vassals enfeoffed it to Qing and the doctor. According to Zuo Zhuan, Pucheng, Shaanxi Province belongs to Doctor Jia's food city, named Guo Jia. It is bounded by Qushui (Luoshui) and Rui in the east, Shichuan River in the west, Baishui River near Liang in the north and Luyang Lake near Wei in the south. Song Qiu Min's Annals of Chang 'an records that Jia Ducheng was "fifteen miles southwest of pucheng county, Jia Guobo in the Western Zhou Dynasty, now known as Jia Qu." Jiaxian county is 0/00 km away from the provincial capital/kloc, with a flat terrain. Located in Woye, Qinchuan, rivers and lakes are dotted. This is a beautiful place. Qu Mo in Qing Dynasty once wrote such a hymn: "How good the village is when it is full of local customs. On both sides of the distant mountains, flowing water is close to others. Green dates were hung on the trees, and the seedbeds turned green. There is real liquid at the source, and new tea is cooked with fire. " (Excerpted from Liu Fuqian's Historical Changes of Pucheng Conghua) This scenic tea poem was written by Pucheng people. It not only tells people that Gu Jia is a place with beautiful scenery, but also a good place for drinking tea. After repeated chanting, the author believes that it at least conveys the following tea information for us:

First, tea has a long history. Speaking of Qin people drinking tea, according to Gu, a famous scholar in Qing Dynasty, "After Qin people took Shu, they had to drink tea." The first time Qin people took Shu was in the ninth year of Qin Huiwang (3 16 BC). At that time, Shu people had planted and drank tea and passed this skill on to Qin people. According to Ban Gu's Biography of Zhao Han Yan Fei in the Eastern Han Dynasty, "After the collapse of Emperor Liu Ao, he cried in bed for a long time the next night. The waiter gave a cry, only to know that he was saying,' I met the emperor in my dream, and he gave up his seat and ordered me to have tea. I don't want to wait on the emperor and sip this tea.' "This confirms the fashion of drinking tea in Chang 'an Palace in Han Dynasty. In the Tang Dynasty, many emperors were also very keen on tea. From the palace to the villa, from the scribes to the people, drinking tea is very popular. By the Song Dynasty, the teahouse industry had flourished. This poem reflects the ancient Pucheng area, where not only tea appeared, but also people drank tea and knew how to cook and drink tea. As you know, in the Zhou Dynasty before the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, tea had gradually changed (developed) from medicinal to drinking stage, and tea-drinking custom had already existed in Chang 'an Palace in the Western Han Dynasty, and tea-drinking culture sprouted. But the method of drinking tea at that time was very primitive, not like brewing today, but boiling and drinking. In the poem, "money and fire make new tea" can be said to truly reflect the historical situation.

Second, pay attention to fire and water. In Tang Dynasty, Lu Yu's Five Sores in Tea Classics pointed out: "Its water uses mountains and rivers." Now people in the industry often say: "Water is the mother of tea, and utensils are the father of tea." The phrase "the source has the true liquid" in the poem is obviously in line with Lu Yu's tea theory. This not only shows that people understand the above good reasons for cooking tea, but also reflects that there was a "real liquid" in ancient times, and "real liquid" was suitable for cooking tea. Looking up the history of Pucheng, we can know that the ancient Jia State was surrounded by Luoshui River, Baishui River, Shichuan River and Weishui River, with a pickaxe and a huge spring running through the territory. What I want to propose here is that the Manquan River, located in the northwest of Jiaqu, flows from north to south in the west of Jiaqu and turns east in the south of the city. Perhaps this water is the source of the "true liquid" written by the author. Careful people will understand at a glance that this poem is written about water and fire at the same time. The word "thousand fires" in the poem is very clever, which shows that people are not ordinary fires when cooking tea. This fire is nothing more than "fire, charcoal, hard work" put forward in the tea classics. Its charcoal burned to the point of greasy, and it was defeated when it was pasted with wood, which was unnecessary. "The whole poem reflects that people have understood the truth of using' thousand fires' to boil water and drink new tea.

Third, choose seclusion. This poem is full of love for hometown and praises the beautiful environment of Gujia, where there are distant mountains and near water, where small farmers are scattered, jujube orchards are full of fruits and green reeds are all over the fields. Imagine that you can use natural spring water to make good new tea here, while enjoying the beautiful scenery and tasting fragrant tea. Isn't it a rare enjoyment of life? From another angle, from the perspective of tea science and tea culture, this poem also clearly shows that Jia people have already combined tea drinking with the environment and raised tea drinking to a new level, that is, combined material enjoyment with spiritual enjoyment. This is really valuable to people thousands of years ago. 2 1 century with the development of the times, some people in the tea industry put forward the "four elements" necessary for tea tasting: good tea, good water, fine utensils and good environment. However, our ancestors, as descendants of the land of Sanqin, have long known this and acted according to it, and they are extremely proud of it. West Lake Longjing Information Platform

Jinan bid farewell to the history of "drinking tea without producing tea"

The 5th Jinan International Tea Expo will open in Jinan tea market this weekend, when "Quancheng Green", known as "the first tea in Quancheng", will make its debut. The history of no large-scale planting base and no fried tea in Jinan will be rewritten, and Jinan people can taste the handmade fried spring tea produced locally. The raw material of "Quanchenglv" fresh leaves was collected from the organic tea planting base in Yulu, Nanhu, a mountainous area in the south, and it was baked by the first bud of this spring-super fresh leaves with one bud and one leaf. As the planting base with the highest mid-latitude in Jiangbei tea area of China, the soil in the southern mountainous area is loose in texture, good in structure, rich in organic matter, and complete in various nutrients needed by tea trees. The new shoots collected from tea trees growing in this soil are rich in effective components, and the processed tea leaves have high aroma and strong taste.

Jinan local tea, which made its debut for the first time, moved its production line to the scene of the tea fair to show the whole process of tea processing. It is also a highlight of this tea fair to fry new buds on the spot this spring. In addition, the first pot of "Quanchengqing" with a price of 8888 yuan (500 grams) will be exhibited at the Tea Expo. The pesticide residue limit of green tea was detected by South Testing Center. No pesticide residue, it is a veritable organic tea, rewriting the history of "drinking tea without producing tea" in Jinan.

Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Evaluation of Drinking Tea

Sun Yat-sen is a great bourgeois revolutionary. He not only engaged in revolutionary activities for a long time, but also had incisive research and opinions on revitalizing China's industry. Dr. Sun Yat-sen spoke highly of tea drinking, and thought that developing tea industry played an important role in revitalizing China's industry. He pointed out in Sun Wen Theory, One of the Strategies for the Founding of the People's Republic of China, that China has a high civilization since ancient times, which is manifested in more exquisite and reasonable diet and cooking than western countries.

He said, "Ordinary people in China drink green tea, but what they eat is board, and it is served with vegetable tofu. This kind of food is considered by today's hygienists to be the most conducive to healthy preservation. " In the Second General Plan for the Founding of the People's Republic of China, he also said that "tea is one of the drinks recognized and used by civilized countries ... as far as tea is concerned, it is the most hygienic and beautiful drink for human beings. It is produced in China, and its cultivation and manufacturing is one of the most important industries in China. "

In his article Democracy, Dr. Sun Yat-sen pointed out: "Besides silk, China's second export product is tea. ..... Before foreigners drank tea, they all drank; Later, when I got tea from China, I stopped drinking and drank tea instead. Later, drinking tea was called habit, and tea was called necessity. "

Drink tea and recite poems.

Ruan Yuan is not good at drinking. He once said, "I can't drink, but one at most." Therefore, wherever he went, he often entertained himself with tea and wrote more than 60 tea poems. He also has a habit of "tea seclusion", that is, when he is an official, every birthday, he stops work for one day, invites a few relatives and friends to a secluded place such as a mountain forest or a bamboo forest, drinks tea and recites poems, and plays happily for one day, which is called "tea seclusion".

Kiss Yan Xi to pay for grandchildren, and Huang Guo is so sweet. "Beautiful scenery, fragrant teas and interpersonal happiness * * *. Ruan Fu is more famous in the history of Chinese tea. He has written a lot in his life, and there are also many excellent works in Hong Wen, such as ten volumes of Little Jing Yi Book Department and one volume of Ancient Records of Southern Yunnan. He synthesized the previous materials of Pu 'er tea, such as Yunnan Tongzhi, Tan Cui's Zhi Heng in the Sea of Yunnan, Sok Li's Continued Natural History, Tribute to Tea and Simao's Draft, and wrote Pu 'er Tea Records by referring to and comparing the current situation of Pu 'er tea. His description of the tea affair is informative and conclusive. In addition, Ruan Fu also described the production technology and varieties of Pu 'er tea.

Ruan Yuan's love of tea is deeply influenced by his children, especially his third son Ruan Fu. When Ruan Fu was in Guangzhou, he often brought spring water to make tea for his father. Among them: "Tea with Longjing tea tastes sweet. Grandchildren and cups and spoons can make a difference. " Enjoy family happiness after drinking tea. In Kunming, Ruan Yuan is in Fuji Yiyuan. When the snow is fine, he cooks tea in the bamboo forest and writes a hidden volume of bamboo forest tea. Yuchuan's old maid came to make tea, and Mei Pai Xue Quan tried to take a sip. After a day's rest, you will get a photo, sit quietly and enjoy yourself. Ruan Fu was ordered to pay homage to a poem, which said, "My family drinks tea every year, but the two brothers don't sip it this year.

Drinking tea is a great pleasure in life.

Drinking tea is a great pleasure in life. Since ancient times, tea culture has been the history and culture of the Chinese nation, and it is also a necessity for modern health preservation. Lu Xun said: "It is a kind of happiness to know how to drink tea and drink good tea".

A cup of tea can penetrate life and let you see the elegant essence of life. Drinking tea is about mood, and it is more about pondering and appreciating tea. A kind of mood, a kind of scenery, is just like watching the sky, listening to the wind and waves, a cup of green tea and a few confidants at the seaside of coconut grove, turning the thoughts of tea into a faint fragrance, and the interest of tea will come out. Or "cold night guests come to tea as wine, bamboo stove soup is boiling and red;" As usual, there are plum blossoms in front of the window, and there are plum blossoms before the month. On the cold night of light snow, guests visit through the snow, shovel snow and melt water, and make tea on fire. Even then, even if there is relative silence, sitting at the window and counting plum blossoms for tea is another kind of interest.

Good tea is like a life. In the limited journey of life, although there are no earth-shattering stories and unforgettable scenes, it is quiet and dull, but this ordinary story is memorable, meaningful and indifferent to fame and fortune. Being a man should be as simple and warm as tea. After the prosperity, there is still a faint fragrance between the lips and teeth, which is worth pondering.

Isn't the life we are experiencing like a tea trip? When you go home with a full load, choose a quiet place, pour a cup of fragrant teas, watch a handful of tea roll in boiling hot water, gradually stretch, finally sink into the bottom of the cup, and gradually return to a calm and real process after repeated brewing.

I think this should be what people often say: the perfection of skills is the Tao, and those who reach the Tao are the top of skills. A simple action can easily turn a difficult problem into the ultimate beauty, so that people who come to the tea party can transcend the secular and enter the realm of physical and mental purity. No wonder Mori no Rikyū explained the spirit of "harmony, respect, purity and silence" in his later years: there is nothing particularly mysterious about drinking tea. Put charcoal in the stove, wait until the water reaches the right level, and add tea to make it taste right. According to the growth of flowers, put them in a bottle. It reminds people of the coolness in summer and the warmth in winter. There are no other secrets.

A person's life is full of twists and turns, just like the tea in this cup, which stretches silently, ends indifferently, is quiet and bitter, and the astringent aftertaste on the taste buds is the taste of life and the original taste of tea.
