On 20th111June17th, a large-scale Chinese medicine TV special program "Original Source" launched by CCTV Discovery Channel was officially launched.

The purpose of the column "Roots and Clear Sources" is to respect science and trace back to the source, and it is a medical and healthy TV dictionary. The column "Original Source" is the only special program of CCTV focusing on the cultivation, processing, production and use of Chinese medicine, health care products and medical devices. It explores the development of traditional Chinese medicine and shows the essence of traditional Chinese medicine production. This is also the first special program about the production process and use of drugs and medical devices in Chinese mainland.
