If you calculate again, you are delusional. The calculation process of wind breathing sensation is wind → breathing → breathing. At the beginning, breathing heavily is called wind. After calming down, breathing becomes thinner, which is called qi. Furthermore, both body and mind are quiet. Only when you feel your inner breath, you can't hear the sound of breathing. View, that is, observe chaos and get the truth. If you stop and you don't cultivate your opinions, you will be like a heretic. The difference between Buddhism and heretics lies in Prajna Paramita. Where is Hui from? From the beginning and cultivation. How to fix the concept? To study wisdom, as the "epistemology" said, is the highest wisdom to observe and prove the truth.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) returns
Looking back, returning, returning, means turning. Turn to dharma, prajnaparamita, liberation. Dharma body is a body with a pure heart. Prajna is the perfect animal sign. Liberation is for the use of hundreds of millions of incarnations. "Dharma body, Prajna and liberation" are equivalent and sufficient, which is the so-called return. For example, attachment to people, things and things is not liberation. For example, an idiot looks relieved, but he has no wisdom. If you are not an idiot, when you are with me, you will get rid of obstacles. If you insult me and bully me, you will not be angry, but you will have compassion, that is, you will gradually approach the situation of Prajna's liberation and clean dharma body.

After the reunification, it is net. This is the real pure land. That is, pure land, pure dharma body. The above six items simply explain the six wonderful methods of Tiantai Sect.

The Buddha told you that the real practice is to count your achievements and pay attention to your achievements. I told you to keep it secret.
I can see the secrets told by the Buddha without paying attention to the classics. Cultivate nirvana and pay attention to infinity. How to calculate the promise? When you calculate your promise, you put everything, including your own life, all your troubles and diseases, together with your promise. Especially if you are sick with a cold, or have tumors or cancers in your body, let it go out with you, and it will be empty when you go out. Count your breath like this, and your body will relax immediately. Try it for a minute.
This is not a theory. Try it yourself. No-cross-legged, any position will do. Breathe there. You pay attention to your ambition, your thoughts naturally follow your breath, all your troubles and pains, all diseases and karma disappear when you exhale. The one that exhaled and came in was clean, but it got dirty inside you. Oxygen comes in and becomes carbon gas, and then carbon gas exhales, and all the pain is gone. Focus on your achievements, not your income. Generally, when practicing qigong and monasticism, when preparing to practice kung fu, take a breath first and put it away. Isn't that a death wish? Martial arts practitioners have this problem more. I saw that Shaolin kungfu practitioners also had this problem, so they all had to go out in the end. Finally, with a "hey", you have strength when you are angry. Those people don't understand, so they take a deep breath and close it. The real power of "emptiness" is greater than "being". It's broken if you come in and keep it. Calculating interest is a preliminary understanding!
To calculate the interest, you sit up and calculate the interest. One, two, three. Why use counting? What you can count is your mind. Whether you breathe or not, it has nothing to do with breathing, but with breathing to pull this thought back and cooperate with breathing. Everyone learns Buddhism and Taoism and works hard to calculate interest there. I said, are you studying Buddhism or accounting? Breathing is life and death. Come in and go out. Going out must be empty. Why are you counting that empty thing? But why does the Buddha want you to calculate interest? Because you can't pull your heart back, use breathing as a tool to pull your heart back. Don't count when your heart comes back! Why not? With.
Step two, follow your interest. Exhale until you come out, come in until you come in, and ignore all thoughts and delusions around you. That's equivalent to what I said yesterday, the founder of Zen Buddhism-"the dragon holds the Haizhu, but the fish ignores it." You got it? Single-minded, beside distractions, all ignore. The phrase "dragon holds Haizhu, fish swim regardless" can be borrowed preliminarily here. You are very single-minded! If you are single-minded, you will follow your interests. When gas comes in, your consciousness knows it's coming in. You don't care where it goes! But you have feelings.
When this breath comes in, Zhuangzi said that "the breath of people is in the throat", remember! Ordinary people breathe only to the chest and lungs, or only to the throat in poor health. "The breath of the real person follows the heel". People who are conscious and have time have been pouring water into the soles of their feet since they came in. I'll tell you an experience, such as breathing. I can't feel my body breathing, but my limbs, feet, toes and toes are full of breath. If you are angry for a long time, you will live for a long time. Life is short when you are angry for a short time. It's called following interests. ……

Just like a fish breathing in the water, breathing in its mouth, spitting out its cheeks on both sides, coming in and spitting out again, it is all empty. Look at that fish spraying and spraying. Sometimes its mouth doesn't move or spray water. We are the same, breathing in and out through the nose. When we are quiet and single-minded, we don't move, as if we are not breathing. This is stopping. When it's time to stop, the mood will naturally be particularly quiet. You are wrong, because you are paying attention to your feelings. Don't care about your feelings, because your anger is empty If you feel too full, breathe it out through your nose or mouth and let it pass.
