Fangxian Huatian Jiuxi Shennong Valley International Ecological Holiday Rehabilitation Center is a key poverty alleviation project in Shiyan City. Located in Tucheng Town, Fangxian County, 235 provincial highway passes through the territory. It is an important part of Tucheng yellow rice wine town. The project is invested and constructed by Hubei Zhongqing Wenlv Yang Kang Development Co., Ltd., with a planned land area of about 470 mu and a total investment of 280 million yuan.
