Warm soup of jujube, wolfberry and longan
Raw materials:
A handful of red dates, a pinch of medlar, a bowl of longan and two spoonfuls of brown sugar.
Exercise:
1, peeled longan, peeled jujube and slightly rinsed medlar.
2. Put the above three raw materials into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over medium heat and simmer over low heat.
3, stew until the longan absorbs water and is completely full, add brown sugar, cook for a minute or two, and serve.
