What is fruit wine?
Most fruit wines that consumers generally want to buy refer to brewed wine and original fruit fermented wine, but there are still many blended wines on the market. There are four common ways to make fruit wine, 1. Preparatory type, such as rio;; 2. Soaking type: Some people and some family winemaking belong to soaking type; 3. Distillation type: such as litchi brandy, with high degree; 4. Brewing category: The domestic products, such as berry sweetheart, drinks, flowers and lion songs, all belong to fresh fruit brewing, which requires high fermentation technology and high cost.

There is also a quick way to distinguish, that is, look at the ingredient list. Generally speaking, the simpler the better. Brewing types are mostly water+raw materials+grain+distiller's yeast, which is relatively clean. Moreover, the higher the juice content, the better. The juice content of some brewed wines is not as exaggerated as 90%, so it is a short cut to look at the ingredient list.
