How to eat clam meat?

Ingredients: clam meat, white radish, shrimp skin, kelp knot, tofu, onion, ginger, rice wine, salt, pepper, corn oil and water.

The steps are as follows:

1, peeled and shredded white radish, diced tofu, washed kelp knots, washed clam meat, drained, minced onion and minced ginger for later use.

2. Pour the corn oil into the wok and saute the shallots and ginger.

3. Then add the shrimps and stir-fry them for fragrance.

4. Add clam meat and stir-fry for a while, then pour rice wine to remove the fishy smell.

5. Add shredded white radish, stir fry for a while and turn off the heat.

6. Pour the fried shrimps, clams, meat and radishes into the health pot, then pour in 1200ml water and cook slowly.

7. The time is set to 30 minutes.

After 8.30 minutes, the radish is boiled until soft, and the kelp knots and diced tofu are added.

9. Cook for 10 minutes, add chopped green onion, salt and pepper, mix well and turn off the heat.
