Prepare the right amount of black beans. When I make soybean milk, I usually put half a bowl of black beans in my eating bowl. Sometimes the right amount of soybeans is added. I think it is more nutritious. Be careful not to put too many beans. And a handful of black sesame seeds.
Second step
Beans are hard. Before making soybean milk, wash the beans and soak them in a bowl for a few hours, or don't soak them, because the current soybean milk machine has the functions of dry beans and wet beans. Black sesame seeds don't need to be soaked, just wash them and make soybean milk.
Third step
Put the washed black beans and black sesame seeds into the soymilk machine, add appropriate amount of water, and be careful not to exceed the highest water level. Soaked black beans choose wet bean function, while non-soaked black beans choose dry bean function. After the start, the soybean milk will be ready in about half an hour. After filtering the bean dregs, add a proper amount of rock sugar, and you can drink delicious and healthy soybean milk (bean dregs don't need to be filtered, because old people say that the nutritional value is in bean dregs, but some people think that bean dregs are uncomfortable to drink in their mouths, so they will be filtered. This should still be chosen according to personal hobbies. )
