When is the best time to meditate?
Question 1: When is the best time to meditate? It is best to meditate (about 30) before going to bed and before going to bed. Get up at 4 am, meditate and go to bed. It's hard to get up (using an alarm clock) and it won't affect sleep (all of them are practicing in bed). Practice for a month to make sure that you feel significantly better. I practiced like this when I was young. The old man who taught me is gone. Now I will pass it on to you. Do you believe me? I practice around nine o'clock in the evening.

Question 2: When is the best time to meditate in a day? How much time does meditation take, especially in the morning and before going to bed? The time needed depends on everyone's situation. If you are a beginner, you can spend less time. Because even when you are a beginner, you will feel unbearable pain in your legs within a few minutes, while those who practice for a long time can meditate for 2 hours at a time. But if you insist on going to the table on time every day, it will be easy to settle down and be happy.

Precautions during meditation:

1, pay attention to breathing. Try to be long and slow, breathe naturally, and don't exert yourself.

If you don't eat too much, it will hurt you. Hunger will hurt you if you don't eat too much.

Meditation is a way to keep healthy. Sit cross-legged with your eyes closed, adjust your breathing, put your hands in a certain position and think nothing. Meditation is also called "sitting on a plate" and "sitting * * *". A basic practice method in Taoism. In Buddhism, it is called "meditation" or "meditation", which is a compulsory course of Zen.

Meditation can not only improve health and prolong life, but also increase wisdom. Meditation can promote human blood circulation, eliminate troubles in life and get rid of subjective confusion. It is the best way to prevent and treat diseases, improve health and cultivate body and mind. Because of meditation, the mind is in one place, so that the brain is in a static state, the scattered heart settles down, the mood is clean and peaceful, and the qi pulse is naturally smooth.

Question 3: How long is meditation generally appropriate? "Meditation" is not only a meditation method for Buddhists, but also a very fashionable health and fitness method at present and even abroad. Before practicing meditation, some initiates can seriously learn some common sense and knowledge about meditation, and then practice more frequently, so the effect is remarkable. However, some friends just "paint a gourd ladle", and it feels good to watch others meditate. They began to practice meditation by themselves, without much understanding, but after playing for a while, they didn't see any "effect", so they felt useless or simply gave up. What a pity! There are ten taboos in meditation:

First of all, you can't suppress delusions:

When you meditate, don't suppress delusions, but turn them into delusions. It's interesting to say, even some thoughts that I can't remember at ordinary times come out as soon as I meditate, and all my delusions come up. What should we do at this time? First of all, you should know that it is useless to meditate like that; We should take our hearts back and settle on the inner boundary, or choose a boundary ("boundary" means to simulate and imagine something in our minds, and then stare at this image with our hearts to prevent it from shaking and disappearing. This image is called "boundary". ), just like the word "ah" in dzogchen, or you can choose an environment of your own, and then start practicing, focusing on your heart and keeping it on it, just like tying a wild horse to a stake to prevent it from running around. We should repair our own heart, that is, put away our scattered heart, let it settle on the inner boundary and prevent it from running away.

So how do we put our hearts around? For example, if we take a flower as our destination, our hearts will stay on the flower, and the flower is our destination. Therefore, we can choose what we like to do as the destination, set our mind on the destination, let our thoughts buckle the destination, practice mindfulness from this point, and fix our mind in a stable position. This is the first stage of review. The boundary can also be seeds, spells, flowers, Buddha statues, etc. It can turn our delusion into a realm, live in peace of mind and concentrate on the realm. We can't look around, concentrate, and concentrate wholeheartedly. Just like archery, we stare, don't blink, can't run, or even swallow saliva, and let saliva, tears and snot flow naturally. Thinking about the things around me, I feel calm, safe and relaxed naturally. Finally, when we meditate, we should be firm and firm, as if we were numb, unconscious and dead. If we die, what can we care about? Don't care about anything, just calm down!

If you think too much during meditation, break the spell and use it to transform your mind. Never suppress your thoughts, because you can't suppress them, and they will become more and more depressed. * * * Don't suppress your thoughts. When they come, you don't have to suppress or stop them. Let them come, let them go, ignore them, and naturally make them empty. This is transformation. Meditation is not to suppress delusions, but to suppress delusions is to crush your thoughts to death. Your mind is crushed to death and you can't think of anything. Your meditation is "dead" there. Dead water does not hide the dragon, and you don't know it when you die. If you have no thoughts and delusions, then you can't be enlightened. Therefore, when we are Taoist priests, we should have a lively mind and use wisdom to turn delusions into magical uses. First, don't suppress them, but transform them at once. Second, although the idea comes, don't care; Third, delusion of emptiness, let it die.

Second, you can't ask for supernatural powers:

We meditate not to seek supernatural powers, but to improve our consciousness. In fact, each of us has an avatar, but there are not enough avatars, so the avatar cannot be revealed. If you meditate to seek supernatural power, you'd better not meditate, otherwise it's easy to get possessed. When you meditate, you can't ask for an avatar at all. If you don't become a Buddha, you may become a demon! Because there is something in your heart, that is persistence, and persistence is exactly what makes you a demon. Meditation is * * *, and * * * is to calm your mind. On the other hand, if you concentrate on seeking supernatural powers, can your meditation be calmed down? Meditation itself is to purify our delusions and wash away our distractions. We are not persistent, delusional or greedy at all, so that we can truly become Buddhas. The Buddhist scripture says: Self-purification is Buddha. The only condition for becoming a Buddha is self-purity. If the mind is not empty, it will never become a Buddha. The ultimate goal of our meditation is not magical power, but enlightenment. Therefore, meditation ... >>

Question 4: When is the best time to meditate in a day? When is the best time to fix a seat for 20 minutes every day? If there is enough time, of course, 4-8 am is the best time.

Question * * * What are the correct methods and benefits of U? When is the best time to meditate every day? The best exercise time every day is 9:30- 10:30 in the morning and 15:30- 16:30 in the afternoon.

Question 6: When do you meditate every day? If the influence can be eliminated, such as turning off the mobile phone, then noon (daytime 12, 24 o'clock in the evening) is the best time. Then it's 6: 00 a.m.

Question 7: Is it better to meditate as long as possible? The guru said: I'm not sure about the various requirements of inheriting meditation in the Han Dynasty. As far as our Tibetan area is concerned, whether the meditation time is long is not a problem, but whether the motivation of meditation is smooth and whether the mind is clean during meditation is the key. First of all, the most important thing is the motivation of meditation. I have repeatedly stressed: "All Buddhist practices must be based on bodhicitta, so the motivation of meditation is to meditate for the liberation of all beings into Buddha." Simply pursuing meditation for a long time is of little significance. Without bodhicitta, doing good deeds is of little significance. Then let's look at the method of meditation: instead of meditating for a long time, it's better to meditate several times separately, so as to keep each building clean, have no feeling of backache and leg pain, and even live in emptiness, which will have good results.

Bodhicitta is very important.

Question 8: When is the best time for single-disc meditation? Generally speaking, the best time for meditation is from 3 am to 5 am, whether you are a monk or a family member. Because after sleep, the morning is the most energetic and the environment is the quietest. At this time, there is less meditation, and it is easier to capture the mind. It has nothing to do with single disk and double disk. But people with deep kung fu can quickly fall silent or even settle down at any time.

Question 9: When is the best time for meditation? Noon is from eleven to one, that is, noon. It's also from eleven to one in the evening. It's best to meditate at noon when yang is the source of yin.

Question 10: When is the best time to meditate in a day? Traditional meditation time is mostly in the evening and morning. Taoist meditation emphasized in Zi Shi and Yin Shi.

We meditate for fitness, and we have the task of studying or working. We don't have to worry too much about when to meditate. As long as we have free time, we can meditate.
