In summer, it is rainy and humid, and dampness blocks the yang and affects the operation of qi and blood, so there will be summer-heat dampness syndrome. Generally speaking, there is no high fever, only low fever, which is often accompanied by symptoms such as headache, physical laziness, fatigue, sweating and fever, dry mouth but no desire to drink water, and some symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhea.

For the above situation, first of all, it is recommended not to be greedy and cool, and adjust the air conditioning temperature to above 25 degrees Celsius. When you feel cool indoors, you should stand up and exercise properly and massage your neck and shoulders properly. Warming Yang Moxibustion on Dazhui to Eliminate Dampness

Moxibustion can be applied to all four points.

In addition, it is rainy and humid in summer, so you can often moxibustion the following four acupoints to warm your stomach and eliminate dampness.

Acupoints: Zusanli, Yinlingquan, Zhongwan and Shenque.

Function: Warming the middle warmer, dispelling cold, strengthening the spleen and promoting diuresis, stopping vomiting and relieving pain.

Introduction of two moxibustion methods

Operation 1: The patient can take a sitting position or a prone position, so that the family members can light the moxa stick and aim at Dazhui point for rotary moxibustion. Moxibustion users aim the moxa stick at the acupoint, 2~3 cm away from the skin, and move it left and right or rotate it repeatedly, so that patients feel local warmth and no burning pain. Generally, moxibustion lasts 10~ 15 minutes until the skin turns red.

Operation 2: Patients with good heat resistance can also use ginger-separated moxibustion to better achieve the purpose of warming the middle warmer and dispelling cold. Cut ginger into thin slices with a diameter of 2-3 cm and a thickness of 0.2-0.5 cm, and tie a few holes in the middle. Then put the ginger slices on the corresponding acupoints, then take a proper amount of moxa sticks into columns, and put them on the ginger slices to ignite moxibustion until the moxa sticks burn out. Moxibustion can be repeated 2-3 times at each acupoint according to the severity of the disease. Make the skin rosy without foaming.
