Therefore, the maintenance of vigor is the most important content and the foundation of human health. In traditional Chinese medicine, the most important physiological and functional activities of the human body are summarized as essence, qi and spirit, which are considered as the basis of life and the three major elements to maintain the overall life activities of the human body.
