Vegetable, ham and bean curd soup

working methods

1. Wash Chinese cabbage, drain water and cut into pieces;

2. Wash the tender tofu, cut it into small pieces and blanch it for later use; Chop ham sausage for later use.

3. Put the pot on the fire, pour water to boil, and put the tender tofu in the pot;

4. Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry Chinese cabbage, pour appropriate amount of water or broth to boil, and add appropriate amount of salt;

5. After the water is boiled, add tofu, then add appropriate amount of starch and water, stir well, pour it into the pot, and keep stirring while pouring.

6. Finally, add chicken essence and sprinkle with minced ham.

Tomato fat beef soup

4. When the water boils again, stir the water starch evenly and pour it into the pot, while stirring constantly.

Add sugar and salt to taste after 5.5-8 minutes, sprinkle chopped green onion before taking out, and turn off the heat.
