The difference between xingyi pile and electrodeless pile
Xingyiquan and Infinite Boxing are two basic practice methods of China Wushu. They have some differences, as follows:

1. Originated from different martial arts schools: Xingyiquan originated from Xingyiquan, a traditional martial arts boxing method in Ming Dynasty; Rodless pile originated in Tai Ji Chuan, which is one of Tai Ji Chuan's practice methods.

2. Different postures and movements: Xingyi pile mainly exercises the strength, stability and coordination of the body through a series of fixed postures and movements. This pile method pays attention to the accuracy of posture and the expression of strength.

Rodless piles focus on resting in the posture of standing piles, cultivating mental concentration and internal strength. The posture of rodless piles is relatively simple, usually in the form of horse stance or standing on one leg. In the pile method, practitioners pay attention to the connection of ideas and the application of internal forces.

3. Different emphases: Xingyi pile pays attention to the exertion of strength, the exercise of muscles and the improvement of coordination. Through the coordination of body movements and breathing, the body obtains stronger explosive force and flexibility.

Rodless piles emphasize the cultivation of internal forces and spiritual concepts. Keeping a static posture for a long time can adjust breathing, relax body and mind, and achieve a state of meditation, calmness and stillness.

Generally speaking, although there are some similarities between xingyi pile and electrodeless pile, the practice methods and objectives are slightly different. Xingyi pile pays attention to the training of strength, coordination and skills, while electrodeless pile pays more attention to internal strength, the cultivation of ideas and the balance of body and mind. These piling methods are important basic practice methods in Wushu, which are helpful to improve physical quality and spiritual accomplishment.
