Breathing with Qi is a disease prevention and treatment method based on six-character formula exercise, and the effect is remarkable.

The meaning of six-character formula

These six words mean: Hush, Ha, Hu, Yun, Chu and He.

Six-character formula is a breathing method to eliminate diseases and prolong life, which originated in Jin and Tang Dynasties and has been passed down to this day. In the long-term practice, ancient health care experts found that different breathing methods using different parts of the body would affect different organs and play a role in regulating the functions of corresponding organs. Health care in this way can prolong life, and treatment in this way can promote the recovery of diseases.

See table 1 for the relationship between six characters and viscera and four seasons.

Training essentials of six-character formula

Every word of the six-character formula must be pronounced correctly, which will play a role in health care and treatment. Otherwise, it will only be a tool for language communication. When reading each word, you should meet the following requirements.

After inhaling deeply, exhale.

Inhale deeply through your nose first, and then pronounce the words when you exhale. Breathe out steadily for a long time until you can't breathe again, until you can't breathe again after reading the words. Then close your mouth and inhale through your nose and repeat the above operation.

Don't say a word.

A lot of information tells teachers that it is incorrect to pronounce this sound when reading words, because when you pronounce words, you can only feel the sound of words coming from your mouth, but you can't feel that every word is completed with your whole body, so naturally you won't understand why different words are related to different viscera.

When we don't pronounce every word, you will realize that a certain part of our body is most closely related to it when reading every word, as if the power to read this word comes from this particular part.

For example, when reading the word "Shu", the most obvious feeling is the rib, that is, the part of the liver and gallbladder, so reading the word "Shu" can regulate the liver and gallbladder.

The feeling behind the sternum is most obvious when reading the word "ha" This is the part of the heart, so reading "ha" can regulate the heart.

When reading the word "Hu", the abdomen, especially the upper abdomen, feels the most obvious, and the spleen is big, so reading "Hu" can regulate the spleen and stomach.

When reading the word "xi", the feeling of the lung is the most obvious, so the function of the lung can be adjusted.

When reading the word "blow", the waist feels the brightest, and the waist is the house of the kidney, so reading the word "blow" can adjust the function of the kidney.

When reading the word "Xi (xǐ)", it seems that there is no exact whole body part, and it seems that all parts of the whole body are involved, so reading "Xi" can regulate the triple energizer.

Every word should have an accurate "tone"

The pronunciation of "Cloud" and "Xi" is the same. Because "rhyme" is a falling tone and Xi is a rising tone, the affected viscera are different. Therefore, accurate pronunciation of words is required.

The other four words "shush, blow, oh, scream" are all flat tones, so be sure to pay attention.
