Why is the Book of Changes abstruse but not mysterious?
The Book of Changes is a book full of wisdom, and many wise men at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research on this book. What is the origin of this book? People think this book is mysterious, mainly because there were three books about Yi Li just a week ago, and only the Book of Changes was circulated later. Although the other two books have been lost, they are scattered among the people, giving people great guidance in reading Feng Shui fortune telling.

I wonder how long spring will last. This is a quatrain written by Ye Cai, a poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, which shows how fascinating the Book of Changes is to read. Sixty-four hexagrams of the Book of Changes, with only a few thousand words in the book. However, it is these thousands of words that fascinate many literati and emperors in ancient and modern times. Shan Ye woodcutter and quack also play with them. Some people even said, "I don't know how to be a prime minister." What kind of book is the Book of Changes? The Book of Changes has such great charm. What does it have to do with our health? Is it really amazing?

The word "Yi" in Oracle Bone Inscriptions is a hieroglyphic, which is composed of the words "day" and "month". The sun and the moon constitute the universe, and the alternation of day and night between the sun and the moon leads to the generation of time units such as the sun and the moon. According to the changes of heaven, earth, sun, moon and everything, the ancients drew some basic laws that are common in all fields and recorded them in the language of divination, so there was the Book of Changes.

The Book of Changes mainly studies how things change, so the English translation of its title is the Book of Changes. Of course, westerners still use the Book of Changes to translate directly. Most people read the Book of Changes with a "wordless heavenly book" attitude, thinking that it is profound, difficult to understand and unattainable, but it is not. There are many reasons for this illusion, but there are mainly the following two points:

On the one hand, the reason is that the Book of Changes has a set of logical symbols, terms, hexagrams and so on. For example, Yin (-) Yang (──), 96 mutual change, multiplication, inheritance, comparison, reaction, communication, etc. are all very complicated, so many philosophical terms and changes don't know what these things mean, so it is natural to read the Book of Changes for a long time or not, so most people think that the Book of Changes is a wordless gobbledygook.

On the other hand, because of contact with charlatans, I listened to their statements, such as divination, fortune telling, fortune telling, naming, yin and yang home, choosing a date, getting married and so on. They described the yin-yang and five elements of heaven and earth as a set of specious truths, and the more they listened to them, the more confused they became, and they mistook the theory of the strange warlock for the content of the Book of Changes.

In fact, the Book of Changes mainly focuses on divination and the application of law, covering a wide range. The Book of Changes is suitable for heavenly stems, earthly branches, meteorology and solar terms. Used in tunnels, such as earth, mountains, rivers, lakes, roads, towns, villages and houses; It is applied to human nature, such as life and death, health and fate. Even modern technology, computers or computers are related to the Book of Changes. At that stage in the early Qing Dynasty, Leibniz (1646 ~ 17 16), a western scholar, saw the book of changes translated by missionaries in Latin, and he realized the binary logarithm and binary from the sixty-four hexagrams of the book of changes. This mode of thinking finally developed into a computer. Of course, the evolution of computers into computers is a later development. Although it can't be said that the invention of the computer was made by China people, the basic composition mode and thinking method of the computer come from the Book of Changes, which is related.

There have been three books of changes in history, such as Three Brothers. The eldest is called Lian Shanyi, the second is called Gui Zang Yi, and the third is called Yijing, which is today's Yijing. The eldest and the second are mostly lost because of their age, and the third is still alive. The real Book of Changes does not have the fortune-telling skills of today's fortune-telling, but the system of eldest brother and second child, which has been circulated among the people so far. The third book, The Book of Changes, is regarded by Confucius as the first of the four books and five classics, and has been passed down to this day.

In the early days of human history, human beings, like childhood children, were full of curiosity about everything, especially their own questions, such as how they came from, where the future is, like the replacement of the sun, the moon and stars, the change of rain and snow, the reincarnation of spring, summer, autumn and winter, the birth and death of people, and so on. What should people do to master nature and the future? People use a system of symbols for divination. According to legend, more than 6,000 years ago, the ancient emperor Fu Yi drew eight diagrams based on the pattern of white turtles and conducted a series of creative activities. He used the symbol "one" to represent yang and "-"to represent yin, and made different combinations, resulting in the first eight hexagrams, namely, eight symbols of gan, Kun, Zhen, Gen, Kan, Li, Xun and Hui, which were later called eight diagrams. After long-term development, the Book of Changes was formed.

The Book of Changes was further improved during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. It is the collective creation of our ancestors and the crystallization of Chinese wisdom. The ideas in the Book of Changes have penetrated into every aspect of China people's lives. Even if people don't realize this, the fact is the same. Confucius said that people "use it for daily use without knowing it". Up to now, none of us have said that so-and-so is supernatural, so-and-so has changed his mind again, or reversed the spoken language and idioms such as Gan Kun, whether he is extremely Thai or not, but not everyone knows that these words come directly from the Book of Changes. When Qin Shihuang burned books, I Ching did not dare to burn them. In the Western Han Dynasty, it was listed as the first of the six classics (Book of Changes, Poetry, Calligraphy, Rites, Music, Spring and Autumn). Enjoy the highest status in China's cultural history.

Then why is it called Zhouyi? It is said that the author of Zhouyi is Zhou Wenwang, that is, Wang Wen in the Romance of Gods. At that time, I had to trust da ji to pay tribute to Yin, but the tribute was not satisfactory. Zhou Wang was furious and put Zhou Wenwang under house arrest in Qiang. After being under house arrest for several years, Wang Wensi went home and said, I am old. Can I go home alive? I began to tell fortune and calculated whether I would be beheaded or put under house arrest, forming a system. With experience, I became the Book of Changes. The Book of Changes, written by King Wen, is not strictly said today. Later, Kong read the Book of Changes and the tricks of bamboo slips. He had a lot of experience, and wrote an article commenting on the Book of Changes, called the Book of Changes, which gave philosophical play to the Book of Changes, so the Book of Changes broke away from the fortune-telling framework and really formed a theoretical system. Later generations put it there. Legend belongs to legend. There is no denying that the Book of Changes is a collective work, which was not realized by one person, one place or one time.

The Book of Changes has a great relationship with the traditional culture of China, such as medicine. In ancient times, there were people who specialized in treating diseases by Yijing, called Yijing, and patients could treat diseases by Yijing. It can be seen that Zhouyi and medicine have a great relationship with human health. Traditional Chinese medicine and Yijing belong to the same subject, and the medical classic Huangdi Neijing is based on Yijing theory. Sun Simiao, a great doctor, once said, "It is not enough to know the doctor only if you don't know Yi." It can be seen that the Book of Changes plays an important role in health preservation. Zhang Jingyue, an ancient medical expert, put it well: "The medical way is the same as that of Yi Dao, and there is no difference." Traditional Chinese medicine stresses the balance of yin and yang, so we focus on yin and yang. I ching said: the sun is yang and the moon is yin; Male is yang, female is yin; Heat is yang and cold is yin; External yang, internal yin; The upper part is yang and the lower part is yin; It is actually yang, deficiency is yin ... these are all reflected in our traditional health preservation.

Zhouyi Shentongqi and Qigong Health Preservation

As we know, an important category of China's body-building exercises is Qigong, including those techniques of guiding and breathing, which plays an important role in China's traditional body-building exercises.

Wei Boyang, a famous alchemist and health care master in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Wei Boyang,No. Yunyazi, is from Shangyu. He is the son of a noble family and has a hereditary title in his family. But Wei Boyang is kind by nature. He comes from a good family and his family is rich and luxurious. However, when Bai Yang was a child, he was smart and calm. He saw through the glitz of the world and felt that life was bound to die and became a ghost. Although people live or enjoy themselves, they will eventually return to dust.

"Why not learn the art of immortality?" He thought.

He devoted himself to Taoism, pursued immortality and stepped into immortality, so Bo Yang began to study the method of monasticism, and Wei Boyang had a textbook at hand, namely Zhouyi. Bai Yang's idea is very firm. Unexpectedly, he really made a major breakthrough in alchemy, got a deeper understanding of Zhouyi, and wrote a book, Zhouyi Tongcanqi. But there were too many books and experts in Zhouyi at that time. It's not our turn to Wei Boyang, and Boyang is not very famous. Later, he decided to abandon his family business and go to the mountains to make an alchemist, so Bo Yang took the little white dog and three disciples to the mountains to set up a tripod and pot to refine the elixir of life. Four apprentices and Xiaobai Qi Xin worked together to finally refine a can of elixir after failure, which was a success. Later Taoists, whether Zhang Sanfeng or Qiu Chuji, could not do without "Shentongqi", which was the first systematic qigong book in China. It can be said that it is the originator of guiding rehabilitation in modern medicine in China.

Some people think-for women,-for men, well, they think it's a great discovery. The Book of Changes also says that the intercourse of Yin and Yang is the birth of all things. It turns out that the Book of Changes is a study of medicine and health preservation. We won't talk about this problem here, let's be a joke.

The Book of Changes is such a book.

Through our brief investigation, we can see that the Book of Changes is based on the need of divination, a psychological reflection of people's desire to master nature, and also a reflection on their own problems. It has both practical and scientific aspects. It describes all kinds of rhetoric. What is rhetoric? In other words, you go to divination (of course, the method of divination is also recorded in it). For example, dry divination has its representation, that is, six horizontal lines, and each horizontal line has an epigram. You need to refer to which epigram you are divining. The epigram will tell you whether divination is good or bad for you. To put it bluntly, it is used to break good or bad luck. The original motive of the Book of Changes is a divination book. It is accumulated by the thoughts and experiences of many saints and officials. It answers many questions of cosmology and can be said to be a cosmological work. It answers many questions of sociology and can be said to be a sociological work; It contains rich historical knowledge and experience, which can be said to be a history book; It contains a lot of knowledge of astronomy and meteorology, so it can be said to be an astronomy book and a meteorology book. Of course, this is also a unique philosophy of life book; Can also be said to be a strategy book, which is full of strategic wisdom. If China culture is compared to a tree, the Book of Changes is the root and the righteous spirit is the trunk.

In addition, the Book of Changes also records some philosophical truths. For example, the concept of yin and yang in our TCM health preservation is recorded in the Book of Changes, and some philosophical principles in the Book of Changes are not systematic. The Great Biography was collated by Confucius to form a system. Although there are not many philosophical reasons, as the article says, "The road is simple." These theories became the basis of the scientific development of our ancestors, such as Taoist health preservation and traditional Chinese medicine, including Huangdi Neijing, the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine.

The text of the Book of Changes is ancient and regarded as a sacred book by ordinary people, but they are generally afraid to ask, mainly because of its strange writing and its long history, so it is more difficult to understand, but the Book of Changes is a precious legacy left by our ancestors. As long as you watch it once or enter the door, you will like it as much as Kong Old Master Q Q.

Later generations didn't know the Book of Changes, and many people mystified it, just like ghosts and gods, and even could ward off evil spirits. It is said that a book of changes under the pillow can ward off evil spirits when sleeping. This mystifies the Book of Changes, and I believe that if the author Zhou Wenwang were still alive, he would surely cry injustice. But the Book of Changes can help people live longer, but it can really eliminate diseases and disasters. Some people say that medicine can cure diseases and Zhouyi can cure diseases, which makes sense.
