Candidates who apply for the orientation training of noncommissioned officers must be ordinary high school graduates who take the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities nationwide, who are not over 20 years old (born after August 3 1 of that year), unmarried, and their political and physical conditions are implemented with reference to the provisions on the recruitment of conscripts.
Admission process of directional training noncommissioned officers
1. Volunteer filling: the specialist should report to the non-commissioned officer in advance (the time for volunteering is subject to the announcement of each province).
2. Physical examination _: The armed forces departments of counties and cities where candidates are registered call for physical examination). Candidates who pass the physical examination will be announced in official website in about two days (candidates who pass the physical examination will call the political examination).
3. Political review: Candidates who have passed the physical examination will be reviewed and filled in by the county and city armed forces departments (mainly the results of political review of personal and family information will be announced in official website and county and city armed forces departments after 15) (candidates who have passed the political review will inform the interview by phone).
4. Interview: The county and city armed forces departments will inform the interview time. Candidates from Hunan Province will be led by military officers of local cities and sub-districts to a unified place for training non-commissioned officers for a unified interview (or they can go by themselves and arrive one day in advance). Candidates from other provinces attend the interview on time according to the provincial notice. At that time, I was told whether the interview passed or not.
5. Admission: Candidates who pass the interview will be admitted according to the professional plan of non-commissioned officers. The enrollment network of our school will publish the list of candidates in time, and the recruitment office will contact the candidates by telephone to confirm the admission (if you give up, the examination institute of the provincial education department will collect and make up the record).
6. School registration: wait for the admission notice to start school registration (for reference only, subject to the notice of the local armed forces department)
Directional noncommissioned officers refer to directly recruited noncommissioned officers (hereinafter referred to as directional noncommissioned officers), directly recruited from college graduates who took the national unified college entrance examination and completed the corresponding courses and completed the required credits in colleges and universities, and directly recruited from college graduates (hereinafter referred to as directly recruited noncommissioned officers) who volunteered for military service.
Legal basis:
Article 20 of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), after completing active service, a conscript may be changed to a non-commissioned officer on his own initiative and with the approval of a unit at or above the regimental level according to the needs of the army. According to the needs of the army, non-commissioned officers can be recruited directly from citizens with professional skills in non-military departments. Non-commissioned officers take active service and implement a graded service system. The term of active service for non-commissioned officers is generally not more than 30 years, and the age is not more than 55 years.
