What nourishes the soul in life.
The whole south has entered the rainy season, and the weather in Xinyu is rainy and continuous. Every day, without a little rain in Mao Mao, it refuses to give up. The moisture in the air can be squeezed out almost by hand. This kind of weather is a little hard for a wet person like me. I will try to make myself full of energy, and I will respond with striding every morning and evening. After every walk, I sweat profusely, partly because I sweat, and partly because the moisture in the air sticks to my skin. It takes 8~ 10 minutes to take a quick shower after exercise. So now I have to take a bath twice a day. After washing, I feel very relaxed and relaxed. Is this a small blessing in life?

Yesterday morning, after drinking a large glass of white cold water, I continued to walk briskly in the park. In full of green's parks, thin raindrops are flying in the sky. Under the watering of raindrops, every grass and tree in the park becomes extraordinarily green and bright. Many days have passed since early summer, and everything is full of vitality, as if the air also reveals vibrant joy. The stream in the park also rose, and the rain fell on the water surface, causing tiny ripples, and the stream made a tinkling sound, all of which constituted a wonderful picture.

An old man in his sixties and seventies came in the distance, wearing a hat on his head. He just pulled out a handful of onions with muddy roots from the vegetable field and went to the stream to clean them in no hurry. This scene reminds me of a Tang poem: "Before the egrets fly to Mount Cisai, the peach blossoms flow and the mandarin fish are fat." Green bamboo hat, green hemp fiber, oblique wind and drizzle don't have to go back. "This situation makes my heart extraordinarily calm. The office work I do often requires a lot of thought. Whether it is the writing of a manuscript or the promotion of specific work, because of the great pressure, the mentality is sometimes in an uneven state, so it is often necessary to find something to nourish the soul. For me, it is a kind of nourishment for my soul to blend in with the embrace of nature and enjoy the rural scenery and the wild life of farmers.

The reason why I can walk fast every morning and evening, rain or shine, is to feel the active breath of life. On the way to a brisk walk, although the scenery seems familiar, careful observation can often find novelty and trigger the inner moving point. What's more, people in the scenery are always different. Most people who can get up early to exercise have a positive attitude, and because of exercise, there are not a few people in good shape. Every time I see a man and a woman running past me, it's like seeing a beautiful scenery, which makes me feel happy. This is also a matter of nourishing the soul. We don't explore the souls of these handsome men and women. Leaving the soul to God to judge is enough for us to appreciate the external beauty.

After a long walk in the park last night, I came home to see that the number of steps of the "WeChat Movement" has reached 17000. I took a good bath, then lay on the sofa in the living room, opened the QQ music APP and listened to music one by one. It's all music played by musical instruments, such as piano, violin, saxophone, flute … but mainly piano. Some people say that the piano is the king of musical instruments, and it is indeed my favorite. The piano player chosen yesterday is Zhang Yuhua. He is not very famous. His style suits my taste. Just listening to music, two hours passed. In these two hours, the mind has been in a state of being nourished by pleasure. Go to bed after listening to music and fall asleep quickly. Although what greeted me was still getting up early the next day. But before that, I had a good time and felt a little happy.

Now I'm chasing a play "Welcome" starring Huang Xuan and Bai Baihe. Although the plot is a bit brainless, many places can't stand scrutiny. But because of its lightness, humor, small humor, warmth and inspiration, I still prefer to watch it. Sometimes I feel tired after work. Turning on the TV and watching two episodes can bring a very good effect on changing my mood. There are many refreshing lines in it, such as the sentence I heard the night before yesterday: "Most of a person's life is bleak, and it can't be called life, but only called survival. And those flash moments worthy of life are called miracles. " This sentence deeply touched me.

May each of us live seriously, not linger on. Perhaps ordinary us, there are few miracles in every life. But as long as you try to find something that nourishes your soul, happiness will not be far away forever even if the miracle never happens.
