Ingredients: dumpling skin, one zucchini, half a carrot, proper amount of fungus, one handful of leek, three eggs and one spoonful of shrimp skin.
Exercise:
1. Shred zucchini and carrot, marinate with a spoonful of edible salt 10 minute, then squeeze out the water and put it in a big bowl.
2. Add chopped leeks, chopped fungus and fried eggs.
3. Add a little salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of sesame oil, a spoonful of shrimp skin, pepper and chicken essence, and mix well.
4. Wrap the dumpling skin with a proper amount of stuffing and steam it for 10 minutes.
