Is the common golden section in nature designed by the universe?
The golden ratio is everywhere. There is a special natural number sequence that contains the golden ratio, which is Fibonacci sequence, namely 1, 1, 2,3,5,8,13,21. In this series, with the increase of the number of items, the ratio of the previous number to the latter number gradually approaches the golden ratio. Mathematically, it can be proved that when the number of terms tends to infinity, this ratio will be equal to the golden ratio. Therefore, this series is also called the golden section series.

The golden ratio is very important. It is embedded in countless ancient civilization buildings, including the Parthenon and the Great Pyramid. But this is not limited to mathematics and architecture. The golden ratio affects our daily life and even our psychology. Several studies have found that humans are most attracted to faces with golden features.

This pattern has been extended to the veins of plants and animals, crystals and other compounds. It is puzzling that nature created these things with the same numbers, but it brought more questions that it could not answer.

Why are so many things combined in the golden ratio? Does this mean that the universe was designed? Some of them may indeed be the result of coincidence, but other events are too precise, perhaps not coincidental, and there may be deeper laws to be discovered in the universe.
