Because of the different requirements of each method, the above four methods for repairing pine tail are emphatically introduced. Generally, practicing Tai Ji Chuan, Xingyiquan and other internal boxing requires hanging the tail; Practicing Shaolin boxing requires pan-hip, that is, relaxing the back hip; You need to shrink your hips and lean on your hips to practice Bagua Palm. The sacroiliac joint behind the pelvis is a pseudojoint and generally does not move. You need to practice here to move the pelvis and sacroiliac joints. If you relax the pubic symphysis and spread your hips, you will have a wider range of activities and more vitality. Hit people hard, and the strength will be even greater. Therefore, Shaolin boxing practice emphasizes pan-hip. Bagua palm pays attention to lightness, but you can't just use your hips, and your tail should be buckled forward. When the tail is buckled forward, it can not only seal the gas refining on the seabed, but also adjust the gas to make the action light. Therefore, the practice of Bagua Palm requires the tail to buckle forward, that is, the buttocks contract from the buttocks.

Tai Ji Chuan, Shaolin Boxing, Bagua Palm and other different techniques seem to have different requirements for tail stroke. In fact, they are also the requirements of different stages of practicing loose tail, from hanging the tail, spreading the hips, buckling the tail to turning the tail until the tail can turn around, and the qi machine can achieve a round life. But when practicing, you must start from the vertical tail and practice step by step. Haste makes waste. If the requirements of a certain stage are limited, as a whole or as the only correct posture, it is partial.

In addition, there is another saying that the tail is like a bell hammer and the tail is like a pendulum. In fact, the fourth kind of tail can move, swing and turn. You can mobilize the whole body after the meeting. When the tail moves there, the gas rushes there. Like a big clock, it doesn't ring automatically. Why is it ringing? When the bell hammer is pulled, the bell will ring. The tail is like a clock hammer. When the tail is tilted there, the gas will flow there immediately. Let the abdomen exert strength, stimulate with the tail, and send strength to all parts of the body. However, this is still the main way to regulate a person's breathing. When kung fu is high, it is "the abdomen is everywhere" and there is no need to adjust from the abdomen.

Blindly practicing the four steps of loosening the tail and landing is easy to cause diseases such as proctoptosis and hernia. So pay attention to the consistency of levator ani. This involves the problem of loose waist.

The waist is the house outside the kidney, and Yuan Yin and Yuanyang are hidden in the kidney, and they are injected into the sea of qi to nourish the whole body. The waist is an important pillar to support the human body. So health care experts pay special attention to it. Relaxing the waist can make the waist flexible, not only by turning flat circles, but also by turning "vertical circles" and "mixed circles". On the one hand, it can enhance the function of the kidney and make people full of vitality. This is what the ancients said: "the source of fate lies in the waist gap." On the other hand, the relaxation of the waist can make qi and blood circulate, thus ensuring the function of dominating a physical activity. The ancients said that "strength comes from the foot, the main waist and the limbs", and that "strength comes from the spine". If you can't relax your waist, you can't reach this state.

If you can't relax your waist, there are many disadvantages:

(1) The collapse of the front of the waist (especially the weak and sick) on the one hand affects the storage of vitality, on the other hand, it blocks the rise of qi in the back, which is manifested as backache, low back fatigue, dizziness, fullness of brow and abdomen, etc. It is impossible to control qi (this is the reason why qi can't enter the river and get out of the sun). If you can adjust your waist shape and return to the meridians with qi, you will naturally be angry.

(2) Affecting the transpiration of Ming-men fire, men may have nocturnal emission, white turbidity or even stranguria; Female leucorrhea increases, irregular menstruation and frequent urination.

(3) People who meditate in practice (especially those who often turn around) are prone to imbalance between yin and yang, floating yang on their faces, mostly flushed, and even stroke and hemiplegia.

(4) the waist is not loose, the gas cannot be gathered, and the tail cannot be opened. (the tail is not loose, and the waist is difficult to loosen. The two influence each other and need to promote each other. )
