Ingredients: old pumpkin 100g, laver 10g, shrimp skin 20g, egg 1 piece, soy sauce, lard, yellow wine, vinegar, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil.
Method: soak laver in water, wash, stir eggs in a bowl, soak shrimp skin in yellow wine, peel pumpkin, wash and cut into pieces; Then set fire to the pot, pour lard, heat it, put soy sauce into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add shrimp skin and pumpkin pieces, cook for about 30 minutes, then add laver, 10 minutes later, pour the stirred egg liquid into the pot, add people and seasonings and mix well.
2. Radish mutton soup
Ingredients: 750g of mutton brisket and 500g of white radish. Coriander, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, onion, ginger, pepper.
Method: Wash and shred mutton, and wash and shred white radish; Light a pot, pour in base oil, stir-fry ginger slices, then pour in boiling water, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine and pepper to taste. 3. Chinese yam, lily and red jujube porridge
