concrete curing
The curing method of concrete is as follows:

1, nature conservation

When curing concrete, a series of measures can be taken to control the humidity and temperature of concrete to ensure that the formwork joints will not dry and crack due to too little water, and the film removal will be smoother.

Usually, it can be watered and maintained until it can be removed. Pay attention to keep the humidity of concrete during demolition. We can control moisture, such as storing water, watering, sprinkling water, or bread things on the table to keep humidity.

2, health liquid method

We can spray a special solution on the concrete surface with a spray gun. Usually, a thin film can be formed on the concrete after the solution is dispersed, which can effectively isolate the concrete from the air, avoid the evaporation of internal water and ensure the humidity.

3, curing film method

The cured film made of special materials can absorb water and expand into transparent crystals, and then it will turn these liquid water into solid water, which will be transported to the ground through capillary tubes to ensure the humidity of the ground and achieve the purpose of curing.

4, full water method

When concrete is poured, nine plywood strips are used to build around the board, then they are fixed with nails, and then other places are laid in the same way. When pouring and curing, it should be cured according to the size of the area.

Replenish water in time. Water will generally flow to the concrete surface through the board surface until it overflows. Generally, it lasts for 3~7 days, and the effect will be better if the time is longer.
