I got carsick when I was young. I was very dizzy at that time, not only in the car, but also on buses, trains and planes. As long as you take the bus, you will get dizzy at one stop. I am afraid that carsickness will affect my grades during the senior high school entrance examination. I walked back and forth for two hours. Later, when I grew up, I didn't feel dizzy about buses and trains, but only about cars, planes and buses with air conditioning. Now, no matter how far I go, I won't feel dizzy. I think I can talk to you about some experiences:
1. carsickness is related to my physical condition. When carsick, the system is poor, thin and picky about food. I eat less and my resistance is poor.
2. Motion sickness is related to psychological consciousness. The more scared you are, the more dizzy you are.
3. Take more buses, no matter what cars. After graduation, I worked as a customs broker for a while and traveled every day. After that time of exercise, I didn't feel dizzy on the bus. Later, when I was in the car, I didn't feel dizzy.
I hope it works.
