Preparation materials: 45g mung bean, 30g coix seed, crystal sugar 1, and appropriate amount of water.
1. Wash Coicis Semen and mung bean and soak them for 1 hour respectively.
2. Boil the water in the pot, first add the barley and cook for half an hour.
3. After half an hour, put the mung beans into the pot and cook for 20 minutes.
After 4.20 minutes, add rock sugar to the pot.
5. Cook until the mung beans bloom, then turn off the fire and take out the pot.
6. Put glutinous rice and mung bean soup in a bowl.
