In order to protect the collective property from losses, he once knelt down for the contractor Huang. This is a vivid scene in Zhenggezhuang village, including all those who followed Huang Fushui's entrepreneurship at that time. No matter how difficult the situation is, their confidence has never wavered. After discussion and approval by the village Party branch and the village committee, Huang Fushui decided to rely on the rich geothermal resources in the village to develop a water park and build Zhenggezhuang into a "green ecological bank".
In May 2003, the water environment of Zhenggezhuang Village began to take shape: a water park covering an area of 40 mu and a water system around the village with a total length of 7 kilometers became beautiful. In July of the same year, Huang Fushui made a scientific decision to develop Du Wen Watertown. Subsequently, Shuicheng International Hotel, Hot Spring Health Club, HI Water Space, Hot Spring Health Club, Huwan Hotel, Hongfu Building and other infrastructures were built one after another. With water as the carrier, large-scale entertainment and leisure projects integrating hotels, conferences, business, catering and bathing have sprung up in Zhenggezhuang Village, becoming credit cards of Zhenggezhuang Village and Hongfu Group, attracting more than 40 high-tech enterprises, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China Theatre Academy and Beijing Film. The prosperity of the tertiary industry has brought rich employment opportunities to the villagers. In 2002, the last farmer in Zhenggezhuang withdrew from farming and the villagers realized zero unemployment.
In 2008, Huang Fushui launched the three export strategies of "brand, capital and management", developed the Wudalianchi Du Wen Water Town International Tourism Reception Center project, explored the Qingdao building materials market, went abroad, and undertook the general contracting project of Libyan houses and supporting facilities with a cost of 3.5 billion yuan, which became the first model for China private enterprises to contract projects in Libya.
By 2009, the total economic income was 3 billion yuan, the net income was 350 million yuan, the tax revenue was 220 million yuan, and the per capita net income of villagers reached 33,500 yuan.
The villagers have been properly resettled and benefited, and the work of village cadres has been much easier. Now the villagers are not only fully employed, but also become shareholders.
