Foshan popularity
The medicinal liquor for rheumatism and traumatic injury, formerly known as "Wanying medicinal liquor", was created by Feng from Xinhui, Guangdong Province in Wanli period. His son opened a pharmacy in Zhengbu Dutou, Foshan Town, and constantly studied and improved the formula of medicinal liquor, changing its name to "Popular Rheumatoid Trauma Medicinal Liquor". According to the Records of Zhong Yi Township, popular pharmacies mainly deal in medicinal liquor. Since the19th century, the Feng family has continuously expanded its business and opened stores in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Hong Kong.
The traditional formula of popular Shi Feng Da Die medicinal liquor is composed of 27 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, including Ding Gongteng, which has the effects of expelling wind and removing dampness, relaxing muscles and tendons, activating collaterals, reducing swelling and relieving pain. Rhizoma Polygonati, Fructus Psoraleae, Poria, Semen Cuscutae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae have the effects of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness; Herba Ephedrae, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Almond, Notopterygii Rhizoma, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Alismatis Rhizoma, Bombyx Batryticatus, Myrrha, etc. It has the functions of expelling wind and cold, promoting diuresis and removing dampness, dredging collaterals and relieving pain; Use peony bark to cool blood, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis; Pig soap for dispelling wind and resolving phlegm; Rhizoma Cyperi, Cortex Magnolia Officinalis, Radix Aucklandiae, Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, Fructus Foeniculi, Fructus Aurantii, etc. The compatibility of various drugs can dispel wind and remove dampness, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, regulate qi and relieve pain, and is mainly used for common cold, numbness of hands and feet, soreness of waist and legs, traumatic injury and so on.
In the traditional formula and technology of popular Shi Feng Da Die medicinal liquor, Ding Gongteng is the main medicine, accounting for the vast majority of medicinal materials. According to its pungent taste, mild nature and low toxicity, it is mixed with Chinese herbal medicines such as Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Psoralea corylifolia to combine its medicinal properties and reduce its toxicity. The soaking of medicinal liquor is mainly liquor, and cold soaking is its core technology, and the conditions such as time and temperature are strictly controlled during the soaking process. Due to the large proportion of medicinal materials soaked in medicinal liquor, in order to ensure the full precipitation of the effective components of the medicine, the traditional popular rheumatism traumatic injury medicinal liquor process mostly adopts the method of holding the altar and shaking it regularly to ensure the efficacy of the medicinal liquor. Preparation materials: Ding Gongteng 240g, Herba Ephedrae 40g, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Clematidis, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Herba Artemisiae Annuae 20g each, Foeniculum vulgare, Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, Notopterygii Rhizoma, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis and Cortex Acanthopanacis 65438 05g each, angelica tail, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Fructus Gardeniae 65438 02.5g each, and Chinese liquor 2375g .. Preparation method: steam the medicines thoroughly, and. During soaking, shake it every other day 1 time, or steam it in a sealed jar for 2-3 hours, and then let it stand 1 week before taking it. Usage: Take 15 ~ 20ml twice a day. )
The popular Shi Feng Da Die medicinal liquor has been handed down from generation to generation in Foshan with its unique traditional formula and production technology, and has always adhered to the business philosophy of correct material selection, fine processing and low price, which has been widely praised by urban and rural people. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was listed in China Pharmacopoeia. The traditional formula and production technology of popular Shi Feng Da Die medicinal liquor have important historical value, cultural value and scientific research value. In recent years, due to the scarcity of wild Ding Gongteng, the main raw material of popular rheumatic traumatic injury medicinal liquor, the inheritance and development of this project have been seriously affected; In addition, the ancient historical materials and cultural relics related to Feng Fengshi's traumatic medicinal liquor are seriously lost, which needs urgent rescue, excavation and protection.
Yantai Zhibao Sanbianjiu (Zhibao Sanbianwan)
Zhibao Sanbian Pill has a history of nearly a thousand years, which has developed from a royal prescription to a popular Chinese patent medicine. With its magical effects of "enriching blood and producing sperm, strengthening brain and tonifying kidney", it is known as a national treasure medicinal material and the first batch of national secret recipes. It ranks with Tongrentang Angong Niuhuang Pill, Yunnan Baiyao and Zhangzhou Pien Tze Huang as the "four famous medicines" exported by China. Now it is sold in China and exported to more than 40 countries and regions such as Hong Kong, Macao, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Europe and America, creating a legendary classic that has been sold well at home and abroad for half a century.
Zhibao Sanbian Pill consists of 6 kinds of animal medicinal materials, 2 kinds of mineral medicinal materials and 35 kinds of natural plant medicinal materials. The sources of Chinese herbal medicine are mainly natural plants, animals and minerals. Zhibao Sanbian Pill contains nearly 40 kinds of medicinal materials, such as ginseng, velvet antler, cinnamon, agarwood, epimedium and polygala tenuifolia, which can produce sperm, fill marrow, strengthen yang and nourish yin. Zhibao Sanbian Pill is a rare big prescription, with strict structure, prominent key points, "auxiliary by monarch and minister" and proper compatibility. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, this prescription has five characteristics: the prescription for strengthening the brain and calming the nerves contains the famous prescription "Zhi Ding Pill" in the Tang Dynasty, which can make people "calm their minds and soothe their nerves, and have an epiphany". In addition, Chinese medicine believes that strengthening the brain is related to producing sperm, and there are more than 20 kinds of medicinal materials in this prescription that produce lean marrow, thus enhancing the function of the brain. Twenty kinds of medicinal materials, such as ginseng, medlar and hippocampus, contained in the prescription for prolonging life have anti-aging effects. These medicinal materials are scientifically combined to form a system, which has the effect of prolonging life after taking. "Dabu Qixue Recipe" is compatible with Shiquan Dabu Pill, which is a famous prescription for tonifying Qi and blood. There are more than 20 kinds of medicinal materials in Zhibao Sanbian Pill, which can nourish yin and strengthen tendons. The combination of seal whip, deer whip and dog whip is the crystallization of TCM theory and is known as the "golden combination" of TCM prescriptions. Nourishing liver and kidney has absorbed the essence of the classic Qibao Meiren Dan and Liuwei Dihuang Pill. Qibao Meizhu Dan and Liuwei Dihuang Pill focus on nourishing the yin of liver and kidney. Yin-tonifying drugs and Yang-tonifying drugs mentioned above are organically compatible, just right, and can receive the effect of both yin and yang.
Traditional health care in China attaches great importance to "nourishing the yuan and consolidating the foundation", which can not only supplement the body to a certain extent, but also adjust the balance of yin and yang. Chinese medicine believes that "the kidney governs the bone, the bone produces marrow, and the marrow leads to the brain, which is the foundation of congenital." The kidney mentioned here is not the kidney in western medicine anatomy, but can be understood as the source of life and the root of vitality. It plays an extremely important role in human growth and development, keeping healthy and delaying aging. Shanghai Institute of Endocrinology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen Medical College, Takeuchi Hospital, Gu Yong Hospital and other units have successively conducted a series of scientific experimental studies on the pharmacology and clinical efficacy of Zhibao Sanbian Pill. The results show that Zhibao Sanbian Pill has the following remarkable effects: treating brain function decline, enhancing brain function, improving vision, hearing, memory, grip strength and hand tremor. Its principle is that drugs can inhibit the activity of MAO-B (aging-related enzyme), increase the activity of SOD, and accelerate the removal of superoxide radicals in the brain, thus contributing to the recovery of brain function. Promote and regulate neuroendocrine function, and regulate the secretion balance of neurotransmitter dopamine, sex hormone and other hormones. Improve the overall function of the body, anti-fatigue and anti-aging. Zhibao Sanbian Pill contains a variety of essential amino acids, which has a good regulatory effect on nerve activity, especially neurotransmitter activity. It can regulate the nonspecific and specific immune function of the body and has anti-fatigue effect on the weak; It can also promote the blood supply of digestive tract and improve food intake and physical strength. Therefore, it can obviously improve the symptoms of general fatigue, such as fatigue, backache, memory loss, insomnia and loss of appetite.
Hong Kong people call it "brain-strengthening, waist-strengthening and foot-strengthening", while foreigners who are mysterious about Chinese medicine but have benefited a lot from it call it "magic China small medicine box".
China has been preparing medicinal liquor for thousands of years, and the methods vary from simple to complex. The initial preparation method is to directly soak traditional Chinese medicine in wine. For example, Sun Simiao in the Tang Dynasty said, "Anyone who is dyed with medicinal liquor must cut the medicine into thin pieces, put it in a raw silk bag, put it in wine and seal it. On April 5, spring and summer, and July 8, autumn and winter, all the dregs should be removed according to their taste." Li Shizhen has another way. In Compendium of Materia Medica, he pointed out: "Either rice is boiled with medicinal juice, or wine is put in a medicine bag, the medicine is sealed in a jar, put in a cauldron, decocted in water for one day, and buried underground for seven days, and the fire and poison can be drunk immediately." According to the different production methods, there are mainly soaking, percolation, brewing and other methods.
Immersion method refers to the method of soaking medicinal materials with a certain amount of solvent for a certain period of time at a certain temperature to extract the components of medicinal materials. This is a static leaching method.
Cold soaking method
This method operates at room temperature, so it is also called normal temperature impregnation. The operation is as follows: take the decoction pieces of medicinal materials and put them in a container with a lid; Adding a certain amount of solvent, sealing, soaking at room temperature for 3-5 days or until a specified time, frequently shaking or stirring, filtering, squeezing residue, combining squeezed liquid and filtrate, standing for 24 hours, and filtering to obtain soaking liquid. The method can be directly made into medicated wine and tincture. If the impregnation solution is concentrated, it is fluid extract, extract, tablet, granule, etc. Can be further prepared.
Hot dip method
This method is to put Chinese herbal pieces in a special jar, add a certain amount of solvent (such as white wine or dilute alcohol), and then heat them with water bath or steam to soak them at 40℃ ~ 60℃ to shorten the soaking time. Other operations are the same as the cold impregnation method. This method is often used when preparing medicinal liquor. Because the impregnation temperature is higher than room temperature, the leaching solution precipitates after cooling and should be separated and removed.
Heavy impregnation method
That is, the method of multiple impregnation can reduce the loss of drug components caused by residue adsorption leaching solution. The operation is as follows: divide all leaching solvents into several parts, soak them in the first part, then soak the residue in the second part, repeat this for 2-3 times, and finally combine the soaking solutions to get the product. Multiple soaking can greatly reduce the loss of leaching components, generally 2 ~ 3 times is enough, and too many soaking times is meaningless.
Ordinary equipment
Stainless steel cans, enamel cans and ceramic cans are commonly used in industrial production. Squeeze the residue with screw press, hydraulic press, etc.
Application characteristics
Simple and easy; Suitable for viscous medicinal materials and medicinal materials without organizational structure; Fresh and expandable medicinal materials; Low-priced aromatic medicinal materials. Not suitable for precious medicinal materials, toxic medicinal materials and high-concentration preparations. Because the amount of solvent is large and static, the utilization rate of solvent is low, and the leaching of effective components is incomplete. Even if re-impregnation method, strengthening stirring or promoting solvent circulation are adopted, the leaching effect can only be improved, and high-concentration preparations cannot be directly prepared. Immersion takes a long time, so it is not suitable to use water as solvent. Ethanol or liquor with different concentrations is usually used, so the impregnation process should be sealed to prevent the solvent from volatilizing.
Soaking method is the most commonly used method to make family medicinal liquor.
Specifically, there is a difference between cold immersion method and hot immersion method. For those single drugs whose effective components are easy to leach, or drugs with little flavor, or drugs with strong volatile components, cold leaching method is often used. If there are many prescriptions of medicinal liquor, the alcohol content is limited, and it is not easy to leach effective components by cold soaking, the hot soaking method should be chosen. For wines with low alcohol content, such as yellow rice wine and fruit wine, some effective components in drugs are not easy to dissolve out, and heating can make the effective components of drugs separate out as much as possible.
1. cold soaking method: cut the medicine properly. If the amount of alcohol used for soaking is not much, the sliced or crushed drugs can be put into clean gauze and silk bags, tied tightly and put into wine containers; In large-dose production, it is not bagged, but directly put into a container, and then a proper amount of white wine or yellow wine is added for sealing and soaking. The soaking time depends on the prescription and alcohol content, generally about 1 month, at least 7 days. Sealed wine containers should be placed in the shade, properly stirred or shaken, so that wine can fully contact with drugs. Start stirring or shaking 1 time every day, and after 7 days, it can be changed to stirring or shaking 1 time every cycle. After the effective components of the medicine are leached, take sake, squeeze and discard the residue, let the wine stand, filter and clarify, store it in a wine bottle and drink it slowly. Some medicinal liquor need to be soaked for a long time, such as tortoise and snake wine, three-snake wine, tiger bone wine, etc., and it takes 3 to 6 months to drink. The other cold soaking method does not need squeezing to remove residue, but begins to take sake after soaking for a certain period of time, adding a proper amount of original wine when taking half of medicinal liquor, and so on until the taste of the medicine becomes weak. The residue can be ground into fine powder and taken together with the second liquid medicine. For example, ginseng wine can be brewed in this way.
2. Hot bubble method: grind the medicine into coarse powder, or slice it, put it in a wine container, add a proper amount of wine, seal the bottle mouth, then put it in water to boil, take it out to be cooled, put it in a cool place, continue to soak for a specified time, filter the sake, squeeze out the residue, take the liquid and filter, combine the two liquids, clarify, bottle and drink slowly. Another method also belongs to the hot soaking method, that is, putting the medicine into pottery (such as casserole), adding appropriate amount of wine, sealing the mouth of the wine container with thick paper, soaking for several hours, slowly cooking with slow fire, taking it down for cooling, standing for 2-3 days, filtering out clear wine, squeezing residue to get juice, filtering for clarification, combining the two liquids, and bottling for later use.
3. Brewing method: This method is to directly ferment rice, distiller's yeast and drugs to brew wine. This method was often used in ancient times, but it is still used in modern times. The method comprises: taking appropriate amount of rice (glutinous rice or yellow glutinous rice), distiller's yeast and medicinal materials according to the prescription. Firstly, the medicinal materials are washed and crushed into coarse powder; Wash and mash the rice. Soak rice in water to make it swell, then cook it into dry porridge. When it is cooled to about 30 degrees Celsius, add powder and distiller's yeast, stir it evenly, and put it into pottery for fermentation. Proper temperature should be maintained during fermentation. If the temperature rises too high, it can be properly stirred to cool down. After 7~ 14 days of fermentation, the liquor was squeezed, clarified and filtered. Bottle the filtered liquid medicine, and then heat it to 75~80 degrees Celsius in water to kill yeast and other miscellaneous bacteria, ensure the quality of medicinal liquor and facilitate storage. Another method is to decoct the traditional Chinese medicine, stir and cook the medicine juice with rice, and then add distiller's yeast to ferment into wine. Medicinal liquor made by brewing method has low alcohol content and is suitable for people who can't drink.
The key of medicinal liquor lies in its characteristics. Strictly speaking, it is still medicine, and it should be taken according to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the medicinal liquor sold in the market is usually divided into four categories. People can choose it reasonably according to their physical weakness and symptoms, and drink it according to the prescribed usage and dosage under the guidance of Yamatonokusushi.
