What the hell is traditional meat ganoderma lucidum?
Tai sui, also known as meat ganoderma lucidum, is an elixir that Qin Shihuang struggled to find in ancient Chinese legends. In Compendium of Materia Medica, Li Shizhen did record the meat ganoderma lucidum, and classified it as the category of "Zhi" in the department of "Cuisine", which was regarded as "the top grade of this classic", and its efficacy was "eating for a long time, keeping fit, and prolonging life". According to Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica, "Ganoderma lucidum is non-toxic, nourishing, benefiting essence and qi, increasing wisdom, curing the knot in the chest and strengthening the body for a long time." Shan Hai Jing called it "seeing meat", "gathering meat", "letting the old age" and "sealing", which was a delicious health care for ancient emperors. Tai sui is very rare and is the top grade of all kinds of medicinal materials. It is recorded in ancient books that Tai Sui is flat, bitter and non-toxic, and has the value of invigorating spleen, moistening lung, tonifying kidney and benefiting liver. At the same time, Tai Sui has obvious effects in improving immunity, anti-fatigue and regulating physical fitness, and has special curative effect on some intractable diseases, and even has certain inhibitory effect on tumors.
