Generally, black tea is made by fermentation, so the production of Yangxian black tea needs fermentation.
Before making the tea, soak the tea cup with hot water to raise the temperature of the tea cup, then pour out the hot water, put the tea into the cup, pour in hot water at 80-90℃, cover the cup and brew for three minutes. Yangxian tea can be brewed three times, and the second brewing time is longer than the first.
