After work, leaning back in the chair to close your eyes for a while can relieve fatigue well; Before going to bed, lean on the bed to adjust your breath and calm down to sleep, so that you can sleep more practically. When waiting for the bus, taking the subway, soaking feet in hot water, warming bean moxibustion, and being upset and nervous, as the name implies, you can adjust your breath by paying attention to the lower end of your nose. Why can adjusting breathing achieve the purpose of meditation? Because breathing and human emotions are interrelated, Taoism calls it heart-rest-dependence. If the heart is anxious, the breathing will be rapid, and if the heart is clean, it will be fine to breathe. Our thinking is usually in a disorderly state, and it is difficult to stop, like a wild horse running, screaming and tireless; Thought is usually like a river, winding, crackling, crawling around like an ape. We can't calm down at once. The best way is to collect unreasonable ideas at one point, let them last for generations, and let our hearts stop being wild and gradually calm down. The method of adjusting breathing can be used to adjust the heart. The lower end of the nose, which Buddhism calls the nose end, is what Chinese medicine calls a person. Why choose here to adjust interest rates? Because people are not only places where breathing comes in and out, but also places where Du meridian and Ren meridian meet. As we know, the Du Meridian leads to the Yang Meridian (six fu organs) of the human body, which is the sea of Yang Meridian; Ren meridian always leads the Yin meridian (five internal organs), which is the sea of Yin meridian. It can be seen that man is the intersection of yin and yang and the middle way of the human body, so he is called a man. It is meaningful for the ancients to name themselves! But I want to emphasize that pranayama and meditation don't want your mind to stay in this place between people all the time, because that will lead to excessive concentration of thoughts, which will lead to the upwelling of qi and blood and the increase of blood pressure. For example, if we stare at something intently for a long time, we will not only feel relaxed, but also feel more tired than normal eyes. The reason is that our intention (reading) is too strong, which leads to mental tension. This completely violates the starting point of meditation. So, how can we make good use of people who meet Yin and Yang without being too aggressive and nervous? Attention, breathing is rhythmic, with a relaxation, an opening and closing, a breath, a breath, and a big interval and pause between two exhalations. If we only focus on exhaling, we will feel relaxed, which is exactly what we want: concentration and relaxation. Both men and women, the middle part has a layer of faint fluff. The gas we exhale is a warm gas with a similar body temperature, which will feel slightly warm when passing through the fluff at the lower end of the nose. Note that it is this warm feeling that we should carefully understand when adjusting interest rates. You can't feel it when you are impetuous, but you can feel it when you sink your heart! If you can't feel it after several attempts, do some abdominal breathing first, calm down a little, and then feel it carefully, and you will find it. This is the beauty of this method. If you want to find the warm feeling in the human body when exhaling, you must first accept your own heart and reach a relatively quiet state. Because the heart is quiet, breathing will gradually become slow and peaceful. As the rhythm of breathing gradually slows down, one relaxes, one opens and one closes, and our hearts gradually enter the quiet town. Of course, there are other methods such as interest-bearing method, but before learning to walk, it is best not to ask questions about running. When the interest-bearing method is already very skilled and your usual mentality is relatively calm, you will naturally enter the interest-bearing method. As your heart becomes more and more peaceful, you will gradually like to count interest and experience the beauty of peace that you have never seen before. That feeling is like the mood described in Zen poetry: sitting alone on the peaks and starting your own business. The wind blows long and quietly, and spring rings and flowers fall. The ancient road gives birth to secluded grass, and the Brahma Bell is a fairyland. Where did the old people go? The haze wet the clothes. Everyone should pay attention to the fact that the nasal pranayama method is the same as the golden rooster independence method, and it will not have any effect if you practice it once or twice occasionally. Keep practicing, the time will be longer and longer, and the benefits will be more and more. The result of persistence is: not only will the heart calm down when adjusting interest rates, but the usual mentality will gradually calm down. Can afford it, let it go, see things more objectively, treat people more delicately and insightful. You will also be pleasantly surprised to find that when you are calm and sober, all the problems that bother you have been solved. The so-called "you can't find a place to get it, and you don't have to spend much effort to get it." This is the basic law of qigong.
