Ham and winter melon soup
Composition:
Wash wax gourd … 500g, salt … 3g, cooked ham … 50g, monosodium glutamate … 2.5g, ham bone and skin … 100g, clear soup … 750g.
Production method:
1, ham batch into thin slices 10 pieces. Peel wax gourd, remove seeds, wash, and cut into pieces with a length of 5 cm and a thickness of 0.3 cm.

Shrimp and winter melon soup
