With the continuous improvement of living standards, people are trying to find ways to keep fit. There is no love for no reason in the world. More and more people choose Tai Chi, which is the way to keep fit. Tai Ji Chuan, with his relaxed mood, elegant posture, graceful movements, balance between Yin and Yang and dialectical thinking, has been deeply rooted in the broad masses of the people.

First, Tai Chi nourishes internal qi.

Tai Ji Chuan is recognized as family boxing. Boxing rack is not the purpose, but mainly through boxing rack to achieve the purpose of nourishing internal qi and preserving health.

Tai Ji Chuan's internal qi refers to the combination of function and matter. The internal qi mentioned in TCM refers to the vitality in the body, which is related to human qi and blood. This vitality is traditionally called Qi. English translates into "energy flow".

Until recently, I finally determined that the abdomen in the lower abdomen is an important part of Tai Chi's internal qi, because many famous experts in Tai Ji Chuan have pointed out that the internal Dan urges qi, and the external family relies on the stretching and flexion of muscles and joints. Most of the formal textbooks of Taiji Biography will put forward the following Taiji theory with Dantian as the core, which shows that Dantian is the right way. Careful understanding, any part of the mind will eventually fill the abdomen, but our plates are different in shape. Play with bones and muscles before getting started, and play with internal qi after getting started.

I couldn't hold Tian Chan all the time because I didn't know how to do it. Recently, I feel that there is a "fine" point in my lower abdomen. I just feel it. It is so small that I have gone through most of my life without developing it. The lower abdomen is the second brain of the human body, and its development and utilization will certainly prolong life. My current experience is that the opening and closing of the abdomen can create a very attractive Artest Jichuan. For example, if we do Chen's "lazy man tying clothes" or Yang's "wild horse splitting hairs", I think Dantian will turn on and off a sample of lazy man tying clothes and wild horse splitting hairs. As a result, the lazy man tying clothes or wild horse splitting hairs outside the bones and muscles has been completed as the sample in Dantian. I call it "internal and external similarity" myself. After practicing Tai Chi for thirteen years, I initially mastered the appearance of internal qi urging, feeling better and better, full of energy, light footsteps, more relaxed boxing, and no longer panting like in the past.

When opening and closing the abdomen, the body is completely relaxed. Wang Zongyue, a famous boxer in Ming Dynasty, said: "Those who practice Tai Chi are born without promises, and the mother of Yin and Yang is also. Moving is divided, and static is combined. " . That is to say, tai chi moves to produce yang, moves to the extreme to produce static, static to produce yin, and static to move again. Both yin and yang are contained in Tai Chi. Tai Chi begins with infinity. When the body relaxes to the limit, it will naturally react, and the gas produced after the static pole movement will cure human diseases. When Tai Chi moves together, it will enter a state of relaxation. When it reaches its limit, the qi in the abdomen will soar, producing internal qi that is extremely beneficial to the body. Dantian, under the guidance of ideas, has the characteristic of infinite stretching, which makes our muscles and bones stretch constantly and makes our internal organs and qi and blood run smoothly.

Second, Tai Chi Yang Qi

Yang Chengfu, a great master, once said, "I don't know how to hang my head, but I have been practicing for 30 years in vain." Master of practice, God is on his head. From the analysis of natural science, why trees grow upward instead of downward shows that the universe is as attractive as the earth's atmosphere. God is healthy.

In the process of practicing Tai Chi, hanging Baihui point can improve the yang of Du meridian and effectively regulate human health. One of the main reasons why people get sick is that Yang Can will not rise. Factors such as stress and bad mood in people's lives will lead to yang blockage. People who are physically ill are in a state of collapse, but they don't realize the reality and potential harm of yang collapse.

I have suffered from rhinitis for decades and had bilateral turbinectomy, but this did not improve the severity of my nasal congestion at night. I just started practicing Tai Chi, but I don't know the boxing, so the sub-health state has not improved much, and I can only achieve the effect of muscle strain. Later, I learned to hang my head and ventilate my nose. Head hanging exists not only in Tai Chi practice, but also everywhere in life. If we can consciously lift Baihui point when walking, sitting and lying down, our dizziness, insomnia, mental state and respiratory diseases can be effectively improved, which plays an important role in regulating the balance of yin and yang in the human body.

People's ankles are in direct contact with the earth, so it is best to wear cloth shoes to practice. Tiki is the essence of heaven and earth, and Tiki is the mother of the growth of all things and breeds all things. At present, various schools of Tai Chi hold their own opinions, but whether it is waist walking, hip walking or Tian Chan, it cannot be denied that the earth and atmosphere play an important role in practicing Tai Chi. For example, the hip-walking faction will also emphasize "sitting on the heel" or "rubbing the hip" with the earth.

Taiji gives us the simplest and absolutely free cure-"grounding gas". It can help people to cure most chronic inflammations, relieve pain and injuries caused by overwork, and resist fatigue, stress and lack of sleep.

Some people say that Tai Ji Chuan's main force is sinking. Personally, I think it should be hanging. The sinking force is great because you live on the earth, and the attraction of the earth is greater than that of celestial bodies. Only by suspension can there be yin and yang. It is often said that Tai Chi draws air with intention, that is, the qi in the abdomen is opened and closed by the yin and yang of heaven and earth. Scientific experiments show that people's thoughts can change the crystal structure of water. If the idea is good, the crystal structure of water is extremely beautiful, if the idea is evil, the crystal structure of water will be chaotic. When our thoughts touch the yin and yang of heaven and earth, our hearts will be more open. In practicing Tai Chi, our thoughts are beautiful, and our tree of life will blossom everywhere. Those who really love Tai Chi will definitely move from the inevitable realm to the realm of freedom.
